Good Support (even when it was user error :) )
Ordered a chair which came next day. Started building it and was going too well, realised I had no bolts.
Called up the support line and Owen answered, I explained the situation and he apologised straight away then said "they usually put the bolts in" and then it clicked - went back and checked. We got disconnected (my fault) and owen called back (but I was well into my "Bob the builder" phase and missed the call.)
Many thanks to Owen for pointing out my mistake. Would return again just as he wasn't at all odd (as some support can be when things are potentially wrong.)
This time it was my fault. Chair is comfy and solid.

Comfortable chair - excellent customer service.
Comfortable chair. Assembly instructions are primarily in diagram form and positioning of washers is not obvious. There is leeway with the securing of the seat to the back position, though it's not obvious. My first attempt left the sitting area front to back too short. Maybe a YouTube video of the assembly would be good. Shortly after assembly I realised that one of the casters was broken. I phoned them and immediately the dispatch of a new set of casters was arranged. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Terrible
I ordered a chair the ‘Ergo 2 lever’ for my home office and when it arrived the box was open and seemed like it had been used. When I opened it the chair was dreadful quality, cheap plastics, scratchy hard materials on the seat, rock hard seat - just awful. I complained and returned the item for a refund. I never received the refund and after weekly emails with the company saying they’re sorry and they’ll ‘chase it up’ its been 2 months since they received it and I’ve still not had a refund. Dreadful company - do not use! I’ve had to raise it with my bank to try claim the money back.
