Top notch customer service
The postal service had my delivery all screwed up, and I wasn't sure that my order was even going to be delivered. I expressed my frustration and uncertainty to Dave, who promptly got another package put together and mailed out. Eventually, both packages did arrive, and I was given the option to keep and pay for the second package, or mail one back. Top notch customer service!!!
