When applying for international drivers license, I clearly told them I needed the permit for Australia, an English-speaking country.

The English page (Page 2) is there, but here's no space to enter personal information like stamp, photo or license class because of their poor formatting.
All of my details — name, birthdate, license category — were filled out on the French page (Page 3).
To understand what the French page means, officials would have to flip back to the English page to find the legend or explanation of codes.

So when I arrived in Australia, my IDP was rejected, because the English section was empty. Authorities there couldn’t verify anything, since they don’t accept IDPs filled only in French.

When I asked the company why they did this, they told me: “Because the French page has all the fields and full layout — the English one doesn’t.”

This caused me real problems and wasted time and money. I cannot recommend this service unless they seriously improve how they handle these documents.

Terrible customer service. I wouldn't even give 1 star.
I callled to ask about road conditions on Arlberg pass. The woman called Frau Lorah was very arrogant with me. She did not give me the required information. She said, she doesn't know the answer. In the same time I could sence, that she didn't even bother to look it up for me.
I called again and a man answered. I asked my question again and he said, he will forward my call to a female kollege. After that I got the aswering machine telling me, that I called outside of working hours as they only work until 17:00 pm.
It was 15:00 in the afternonn when I called.....no comment.
Trash people, trash service.

The company refuse service to me because i became a member the same day of my "bike problem" even do i only call them for there service 6 days later......

Thank you for taking such good care of us on the A8 yesterday. We had a blow tire and the guy from OAMTC really helped us fixing the tire.
