Throughout their website it is stated that you can pay with paypal.
It’s written there multiple times actually.
So i used my last mb’s to download their app from app store to order a new bundle with paypal.
But lo and behold paypal payment method is nowhere to be found.
Why do they write these things on their website if it isn’t available.

What i believe is that nothing is going to change.
Now i already bought a bundle from another provider so i will give odido a try again next month but i guarantee you that nothing will have changed.
it’s a pity Manouk that you seem to think that people still fall for these copy paste responses of yours.
It doesn’t make any sense to send that response its completely unrelated to my issue.

The issue was clear your website states the paypal is available as a payment method but if you download the app its only iDeal and Mastercard that is available NO PAYPAL what on earth does this have to do with you running my email address against your system ?
You are so far away from understanding the real issue here and you are stuck in a dead end loop.
why don’t you go and see for yourself the false claims on odido website and take it up with the financial department to either add the payment method or delete the false claims.
Its really not that complicated.

I’ve been trying to cancel my order for the last three days, and every time I call, I’m put on hold, then transferred to another department, and eventually the call gets disconnected. I’ve waited more than 25 minutes multiple times, only to be hung up on.
Is there even a proper way to cancel an order?
To make things worse, DHL has now delivered the “Klick & Klaar” package to my neighbour while I was at work—despite the fact that I have been trying to cancel this order. It feels as if Odido is forcing customers into subscriptions against their will.
I am still calling customer service to return the package and cancel the subscription.

My request got registered with ticket number 80533070. But i received the invoice last night for the subscription. kindly solve this issue as its been 4 days now.

As a person who just moved to the Netherlands, I needed a new sim for my phone. I took Odido's eSIM and I had to struggle with this mistake for 3 months.
They make sure to take as much money as possible and make the "customer service" as inconvenient as they can.
1) They sent the eSIM by... Mail. A physically printed qr code. It was really weird: they could have just sent an email instantly, instead of using a delivery service. I had to wait for 5 days, so by then their eSIM became irrelevant to me and I purchased an eSIM from another provided (who sent the qr code just by email, like any normal service would).
2) I didn't activate the eSIM, but I was still getting charged for 3 months. Turns out, once I receive the package, they activate it themselves. And just take money even if you're not using their service.
The reason why I didn't cancel the subscription instantly was that they made it as inconvenient as possible. I was busy with settling in a different country.
3) Normally, you would expect to be able to cancel a subscription via an app or a website, right? Or at least by going to one of their service places yourself? Wrong.
The website & app redirects you to a call. And workers at their offline shops can't do anything about it either.
The only cancelation option is calling their customer service.
You have to call them and wait for 10+ minutes to get connected, if you're lucky.
4) If you do cancel your subscription... Congratulations! You still have to pay for another month. Even if you ended up never using their services. It just feels like a total scam at this point.
To be fair, the employees were always nice and friendly. But the Odido system itself makes it unbearable.
I will never use their services again.

I was early on a Saturday morning, lucky no queue. I was there only to afk info but the gentlemen who helped me was so helpful sharing useful information and gave me the confidence to extend my phone contract. False marketing, opened a contract with Odido during a black friday event -was promised to receive a samsung smart watch. I had to apply for the smart watch on a separate website, the application got rejected 3 times.

Terrible service and customer support. We waited for the technician for a month, and on the day of the appointment we even cancelled our work to stay at home. In the end, the technician never showed up.
The comment we received was: “apparently we missed each other.”
Yes, of course — probably in a parallel universe.
Instead of offering any real help, customer support kept giving useless responses like “reschedule and wait another year.” No assistance, no responsibility, no customer-oriented approach.
Absolutely awful service.

My experience with Odido was very poor. A customer service representative repeatedly confirmed a specific price, even after I questioned it multiple times. During the contract cancellation period, I was reassured that the discrepancy in the contract was a mistake and would be corrected.
However, Odido blamed me for not reading the contract carefully, effectively ignoring the repeated assurances from their own staff. I received incorrect information from the representative intentionally, not as a simple misunderstanding. Call recordings cannot be accessed, as they are “only for training.”
Odido offered a one-month refund, which does not address the misrepresentation or the time spent resolving the issue. This approach raises concerns about fair consumer practices in the Netherlands.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Odido.

I intended to contact the storefront directly; however, they do not have a listed phone number. Consequently, I had to call the general number, which did not connect me to the store. As a result, I now have to spend half of my day visiting the aforementioned storefront, uncertain if they have the item. Honestly, how difficult is it to provide a phone number for customers to call? This approach is causing you to lose customers. I may consider changing my review if they have what I need, but otherwise, it will remain.

Even though Odido has fair pricing, their network is absolutely horrible. At the start of the summer there were 2 big interruptions of their network in 1 week, 1 lasting 8 hours and the next about 10 hours. In the summer after I went on vacation to France and for the entire week I was there I had pretty much no connection, even though they advertise that you are able to internet, text and call like you are used to in The Netherlands. A couple of weeks ago there was a massive 36 hours interruption which was the trigger for me to change provider. I still have my phone on the Odido network though and now there is another interruption for the entire morning so far where I can't even load a website, let alone listening to music or watching a video.
