Order a dress and top on July 18th 2023. States clearly on website free delivery to UK.
This is NOT the case. 9 days later I am still negotiating with UPS a bill for VAT, shipping and handling fee. I have not received goods as being held and have had NO response from Odd Molly Customer Service.
DO NOT BUY from website, The additional cost I am facing is an addition £100. which is almost half of the goods worth. AVOID

What on earth is going on at Odd Molly? I ordered two items to be delivered to London and took it for granted that I could believe that it was free postage and all fees were included. What a joke! I now have UPS asking for £45 shipping and if I don't pay it, they will return it and charge me for returning it. I have emailed Odd Molly twice and they don't respond. I didn't even get the confirmation of my order but they took my money. It is a disgrace and a total con. I will never order from them again

I ordered a top €118 and paid 17€ delivery, another €17 to return and they charged a mysterious ‘€10€ additional ‘return’ fee. Thats 44€ for nothing! I won’t be ordering from them again
No customers ervice - no refund possible
Ordered a dress. Did not fit wel (poor quality), I wanted to return but did not receive a return ticket and label. So I cannot return the dress and I do not get a refund. OddMolly is indeed odd because you can not call them and their online e-mail customer service doesn't work either. Also the instagram-DM customer service stays silent and doesn't deliver a solution. SO: BIG SCAM based on international law. Don't buy unless you don't mind not to get a refund.
Inadequate customer service
I have returned three products and only received a refund for 2. It already went wrong when I received a confirmation of receipt for only 2 products. I finally received the confirmation for the third product, but not yet the amount. The company claims to have refunded the third product on January 27 and again on February 8, but I never saw the amount on my account. In the last email dated February 16, Odd Molly's customer service states that everything went well from their end, and that couldn’t do anything more.
I made the payment through PayPal and I submitted the issue to them. Finally on March 3rd I got my refund.
I am very disappointed with the way Odd Molly's customer service has handled this. It seems normal to me that a customer should get their refund without having to go through all this effort. It also seems normal to me that Odd Molly should do its best to make this happen. It baffles me that a company like Odd Molly apparently can't do that. I never received any kind of apology either.

Appalling customer service
Returned clothes that I had bought totalling just under £400. Received an email confirming return had been processed and funds would be in my account 3 days later. I waited a week before chasing and was told I needed to wait 5 working days - when I pointed out that 5 days had already passed I received another email saying I needed to wait a further 5 days. Strange. When pressed it transpired that the original ‘refund’ had not actually been processed so if I hadn’t checked I would have lost my money.
No apology from Odd Molly and they charge a small fortune for returns. Won’t be using them again on principle.
If you want to charge over the top prices for your goods make sure you’ve got the customer service to back up those costs.
Dodgy commercial practices
Clothes are beautiful, but Odd Molly business practices and customer service are very sloppy.
I returned an article because the size was not right. They are now charging me a restocking fee of 68 Swedish crowns, although the product was returned the very same day, untouched. This is not only a lousy customer service but also illegal in the European Union. I rejected the payment of the fee and will contact the Swedish konsument verket authority if they don't waive that fee.
Horrible Customer Service

They want a "commercial invoice" to clear customs. The form asks for a Waybill#, Invoice#, PO# (???) which wasn't provided by OM. Emails to OM Customer Service are ignored. I purchased over $1,000 in items and the next day everything went on sale with a reduction of 40%. I made numerous attempts to receive credit yet customer service was slow to respond and never provided the credit. I will never make a purchase with them again. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Learn from me and avoid Odd Molly web purchases
The delivery, returns arrangement and customer service all terrible! Item initially delivered to wrong address and I had to go and collect it. Now I am trying to return my purchase because the sizing is very big. Followed instructions on the paperwork and sent by UPS but the package came back to me.
I am now trying to get a new return label from customer service but they have not provided one and are very slow indeed to respond. I am left having to chase them constantly with no real progress. Wish I had seen these terrible reviews before purchasing.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I have tried to return my order for a week now, have been emailing the ”customer service”.
It is impossible, literally impossible, for me to return it with the way Odd Molly have set this up (UPS) and they are doing nothing to resolve the issue.
On the contarary, it seems they are completely happy with consuming time with this issue, by for example presenting inaccuracies of their own delivery methods to Finland. Between each email 1-2 days go by with nothing moving towards a resolution, which is return the products and get my money back.

I am having a terrible time trying to…
I am having a terrible time trying to return a dress I bought online. Something very worrying going on with odd Molly and not the company it used to be. Having read all these other reviews i am now so worried I won’t get a refund.I never had problems before. The dress was the usual size I get and it is really poor fitting and the material is very thin and poor quality. I tried to return using UPS (not easy!) and was given a receipt and off it went. 5 days later I have received the dress back again with a sticker on the package saying “return to sender”! I have emailed and Alina has answered me but I don’t feel like I’m getting this resolved. What do I do? How do I return the dress? I’m not giving up as it was £200 but Odd Molly are not making this easy and I will never order from them again.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I ordered a sweater from Odd Molly on the 30th September, I received the package today. UPS have also been dreadful, I kept receiving messages from them saying that they had attempted final delivery of this package. There is always someone in at my house so I know that they had not! I was sent a bill for £64 duty from UPS which I paid on the 1st November. To be fair Odd Molly have since refunded this to me but every time I asked where my parcel was, they just told me to contact UPS, frankly they should have sorted it out for me. Dreadful service!

I have been an Odd Molly fan right until this experience. I have ordered a dress which arrived no probs, however, XS was too big for me, therefore I have returned it following their new protocol: filled out the online formular and using the provided UPS return label. According to UPS tracking my return has been received on 20th July, that is almost 3 weeks ago, yet they still claim they did not receive my return and refuse to refund me. Very frustrating experience! And this from a self proclaimed ethical company! Shame on you, Odd Molly! Never again. I am donating all my OM things, which there are many, to charity. I don't even want to hear of you again. That is, after I recover my money from you. And recover I will!

Have bought many items from odd Molly. However they are now withholding £495 of refund from 4 weeks ago and said I will just have to wait for them to let me know if they have my return. Even through I have the UPS confirmation. I will not be buying from odd Molly again. Very poor service
