Good honest advice from James, he was polite, considerate of personal questions and set us at ease.

We had an initial consultation about wills with Jeremy who seemed like a nice chap, but then when we followed up by email the same day we never heard back. We followed up with another 3 emails, including to their customer support email, and they just blanked us. No idea what went wrong. Haven't heard from them in nearly 3 weeks.

Never an easy thing sorting out your will! luckily Octopus Legacy made the whole process easy to follow and reasonably priced

The advisor was charming. When I reviewed the draft- he had a) given me 2 incorrect people as executors (one misspelt) b) left my spouse not the marital home in which interview occurred but… my son’s address(!!!) and c) left all my money not to my kids but … my husband’s! Such utter incompetence takes some beating. Have cancelled entire thing and hope I get full refund. Do NOT use this company.

It was a great meeting, very professional and informative. Everything was explained clearly to us and it’s a credit to the Representative as we had a 2 year old distracting us every 5 minutes.

Dan was great! Straight to the point explained different aspects well. Made me feel at ease and answered questions honestly. Kept all jargon out of it and explained different scenarios. I also liked the fact octopus legacy come to you instead of you going to them. Octopus is a well liked brand and they stay competitive by keeping costs down and affordable whilst giving great service.
