Fantastic service we got an English speaking advisor who was extremely supportive and professional understanding of our needs as new owners in Spain we thought it was going to be daunting but it was so easy best choice for us as we use octopus in uk

I already had a very good experience with Octopus Energy in the UK. They were the cheapest and the best electricity that I could use, and they were cheaper. Therefore, I don't have very much hesitancy at all in taking Octopus Energy in Spain. I noticed that, whereas Iberdrola had been charging me a fortune for electricity, I'm likely to pay half this price with Octopus Energy. I moved forward, like all of us, and tried it. When the lady came on board to me and started to talk to me, this was easy to talk back to her and to understand how it all works.

We have just changed our electricity supplier to Octopus Energy Spain. I emailed them initially at 15.00 hours on Friday 26th June 2026. At 15.20 hours Enrique from Octopus Energy called me in the United Kingdom where I live . Approximately 15 minutes later we were all signed up and our new electricity contract was in place. Enrique was absolutely brilliant and I can only apologise on my behalf that my Spainish is very poor and his English was excellent. He also displayed great patience with me as I attempted to gather all the necessary information that he required in order to facilitate our account.
He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I cannot recommend Octopus Energy highly enough. There customer service is excellent and would recommend anyone else thinking of switching there current supplier to get in touch with Octopus Energy they will not be disappointed !

Extremely friendly and patient. It was not just business talk, but also just laughing, practising spanish together and she was very patiënt with collecting all data. I did not feel rushed.

Hi,we have just changed energy suppliers in Spain to octopus energy .We use octopus in the UK and it’s a complete no brainer because they are the best at what they do
It’s a very simple no hassle transaction ,just phone or email them and they do everything and I mean everything .
In our case Mariel phoned us back who was a lovely girl and spoke perfect English and she asked the relevant questions and got us sorted and signed up in no time
I wouldn’t expect anything different having dealt with them before and if only other major companies followed there lead and other utilities talk to there customers instead of treating us as robots maybe they wouldn’t be losing customers daily
Theres a good reason why octopus are the no1 energy suppliers for 9 years running in the UK

Lucia helped me switch to Octopus. She made everything very clear so the process was easy. She is very efficient and knowledgeable about the different tariffs.

I had applied for the 2 x 50 EUR discount when introducing a referido. Ainara explained to me that this was not valid for me because it was a second address on my name. For introducing a 2nd address the discount is 70 EUR, but since I had not used the link for this discount, she manually applied the correct discount. Very customerfriendly and helpful.

I LOVE OCTOPUS! I can totally understand why they get such high reviews. I moved over to Octopus first about a year ago on an apartment I had and they were so much better, in all ways, than the previous company. Then on my current property, I saw the light and moved over to them about 7 months ago. Personal attention, GREEN and still much less than other providers. If they keep doing what they´re doing, I'll never use anyone else!
