While changes to the Octopus app have made it difficult to submit gas/electric meter readings, the customer service was very helpful in quickly checking that the readings I had submitted were correct.

Just moved house and used the email contact option looking for help around clarifying my contract. Sammy responded within exceptional time and was able to explain and close the query within the afternoon. Recommend Octopus as a provider anyway as have always been able to keep costs as low as possible with their payment reviews to ensure not building up too much credit and monthly payments are not high. Never had an issue to date using them.
