Things are improving
My original 1 star review was because I bought an air vent cover for my '87 Mercedes, which I couldn't get my hardware to fit into. I replied to one of their emails, but received no answer. I sent the package back in October. At the time I wasn't too happy about this. 115 British Pounds is a fair amount of money for me. Now for the update... I have since had contact with the company, which is why I did this in the first place. There was a miscommunication and that's Ok. They need a bit more information, which I will provide. Things aren't concluded just yet, but I'm happy at least they reached out to me. Cheers.

Unresponsive - Bad Service
I picked out items and had some questions. The annoying chat bot doesn't go away - yet it is a waste of time because no one responds. I emailed my questions and didn't get an answer. I placed an order, my account was charged. I asked a question about it and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR BY MY REQUEST, the order was summarily CANCELED. Very disappointing customer service.

I cannot complain about the product but…
I cannot complain about the product but when my parcel got delayed by TNT for more than 2 weeks the best response I got was we will give you 10% off your next order!!! My full concern is with the present order.
Had to push hard to get a reasonable response.
Once we got on the same page I got daily updates when they had new info.
Yes I truly would use you guys again..
Keep on top of your parcel tracking, people are relying on deliveries when you say it will happen.
