Good customers support en nice products!
Octoclassics helped me with a couple of parts for my R129 SL. Even some parts not on the website were made for me with good fitment. Of course sometimes something breaks or does not fit perfect. Fortunatly, octoclassic refunded in one case and does send replacement parts. For my special order (back part of the side vents) even re-engineerd it to make less susceptible to failure and send it again.
Placed order 3 weeks ago
Placed order 3 weeks ago, not heard a word from them, went on my invoice, parts haven’t even been dispatched yet, no communication whatsoever

Mercedes S123 part in ‘crème’
Excellent Mercedes S123 part which was not avalable anymore at the dealer.
In cooperation I received the exact original color on the part.
Very good communication, well packed.
Absolutely recommendable!
Top parts provided with top service !!
Ordered parts for my classic 1995 Mercedes SL R129. Parts are of very very good quality and matching color. The parts are even stronger than the original ones and 1/3 of the price.
Even delivered with video or instructions on paper on how to replace them or migrate electronical parts build on it.
When part doesn't fit due to a face-lift version, Octoclassic takes responsibility and helps out to make sure you receive the versions you need. Wonderful service for a decent product!

- Check Google Maps (street view) for the London address
- Check companies registered at this address on any search engine
- Check the files lodged at U.K. Companies House (no charge)
The truth is out there people, don’t get conned like we did!!!
Just put a match to your hard earned money: it’s quicker, less stressful and the outcome is the same…..
Octoclassic’s reply says it all:
‘can’t find order, can’t find email trail, are we an actual customer’:
SERIOUSLY?
People, you heard it from the company themselves, they can’t find anything in their records, that speaks for itself….
Octoclassic, try:
- order 304996103
- email trail going back months
- company contact Kamil Grochola
Summary:
- not a U.K. company despite appearances
- Mercedes part doesn’t fit
- delay after delay
- promises not kept
- want us to throw more good money after bad: not going to happen
Similar reviews to TrustPilot on Mercedes-Benz Forum although similar issues obviously found with BMW parts. Wish we’d done our due diligence before placing our order.

Poor support when delivery problems occur
I urgently needed parts and, after searching on Google, I came across a repair kit from Octoclassic. Without reading the full description carefully (which I acknowledge is my own fault), I ordered two repair kits. Had I realised they were 3D-printed parts, I would have had them made locally, as I already had samples that could easily have been scanned and printed by a local 3D printing company.
I placed my order on 30 November 2025.
The order consisted of four very small parts, weighing only 0.038 kg including packaging.
💰 Cost Breakdown:
Parts: R1,249
Shipping: R295
Additional LineX Air Service fee (December): R105.20
Customs charges paid at SAPO: R646.66
➡️ Total cost for 4 small plastic parts: R2,295.86
📦 Shipping & Tracking Nightmare
I understood that delivery might be slower due to the December holidays, so I waited patiently throughout December. However, once January arrived, tracking updates stopped completely.
Track17 was useless, providing no meaningful information.
I contacted Poczta Polska and, after waiting several days, received a generic response stating that the parcel was “in transit” and advising me to contact the seller and South African Post Office.
I then contacted Octoclassic, whose response was essentially:
The parcel is on its way
They have no influence over delivery times
I should check my nearest post office
They are aware of similar cases as they had such cases before.
No real assistance was provided.
Track17 later stated that the parcel had been accepted in the destination country, yet nobody could tell me where it actually was.
🇿🇦 South African Post Office Issues
I spent two weeks dealing with SAPO, during which:
I was initially lied to and told the parcel was still at customs
The next day, I was told it was in Durban and being sent to Queensburgh Post Office
Queensburgh Post Office has been closed for TWO YEARS
Eventually, I found the parcel myself on 21 January 2026 at Pinetown Post Office, where I had to pay the customs charges of R646. 66
Despite paying for delivery to my address, I had to:
Search for the parcel myself
Visit post offices that no longer exist
Travel all the way to Pinetown to collect it
❗ Key Issues with Octoclassic
It is not clearly stated that the items are manufactured in Poland
Import taxes are not included, unlike many other UK online retailers I regularly order from
No meaningful support when parcels go missing or stall in transit
They are aware of SAPO’s broken delivery system, yet continue using it
The customer bears all the risk, cost, and effort.
Waited a month and 3 weeks to get my parcel.
To put this into perspective:
I placed another order from a different UK retailer on 17 December, and that parcel arrived in South Africa on 5 January — with no issues.
⚠️ Final Verdict
I cannot speak for other countries, but if you are in South Africa, I strongly do NOT recommend purchasing from Octoclassic.
If you have a sample of what you need, go to a local 3D printing company instead, it will be faster, cheaper, and far less stressful.
Beyond Great
Had a part made and the quality and detail exceeded my expextations. Will definitely purchase more parts in the future!
Absolute rubbish parts
Absolute rubbish parts - ordered parts for BMW the fabricated 3d printing is utter garbage, they do not fit and are brittle and break, they also have a different texture so look different from original equipment - their returns policy is designed to frustrate and stop you returning for refund. I ended up having to alter the part just to get it to fit and fix it with adhesive - AVOID THIS OVERPRICED JUNK
Standard BS OCTOCLASSIC response.
Order #330789 (November 7, 2025) - email sent regarding quality week after receiving and trying to fit - you then want pictures, send back at my own cost, blah, blah blah, all done to frustrate me from returning item as I would be even more out of pocket. AS PER MY REVIEW your item and returns policy is rubbish - as stated my recommendation to potential buyers is to AVOID YOUR CRAP.
second edit -
Again standard BS statement from you - you dont trust customers and frustrate their right for a refund - Do you think I am going to waste more of my time and money to chase a refund - I told you item was defective and you know your items are poor quality so set up your refund process to make a customer jump through multiple hoops to try and get refund - I hope people reading realise your stuff is junk and avoid it. Clearly they will see dealing with you for a refund is a circular chase the tail process, while you keep their money after supplying defective parts.

Very satisfied with their service and attention.
They found the part I had been looking for over the last three months, something other places couldn’t manage. They also provided me with a much faster mail carrier, fully adapting to my needs.
On top of that, I urgently needed to have the part installed in my vehicle because my deadlines were expiring, and they sped up the search and the whole process, always treating me with great kindness. I’m very satisfied with their service and attention.
Quality does not match cost
Let's start with positives. They had a nice black friday discount compared to their normal prices, order was without problems, free shipping and fast delivery even when I picked slow and free delivery.
I ordered some interior parts for BMW E31, it would be ok for finish to not match OEM one if they sell all the parts as kit or if they sell it for appropriate price for finish they are providing and WARN people before purchase. I would not care about this for standalone parts separated from other ones, finish would be close enough, but when I have switch cover that should click into center console and they don't match it's a problem. So I have brand new OEM parts from bmw which were still available- center console with right switch cover and then left one with gearshift cover from octoclassics. See for yourself and decide:
drive(.)google(.)com/file/d/1BFzygyAu10zh4A3_PHdHxg05HMFJqRrQ
Also brand new OEM right switch cover with much higher quality costed me 11euro in dealer. I paid 48e for discounted octoclassics left one and they ask 70 euro when there is not discount for what looks like 3d printed part with spray finish. So cool I don't need to make 3d model and print it myself but I need to rework their finish so it matches OEM one and doesn't bother me. I would not call this 70euro part.
I'm not happy, I'm not sad, I'm just disappointed.
For transparency I didn't contact them about this, looks like it doesn't make sense when I'm reading other problematic reviews as I don't want to return the parts that are NLA at dealer and I will work on them to make them fit, I just think they are not worth the money they are asking.

When you think you finally found that u available piece
Just when you think you've finally found that out-of-stock plastic part for your classic car, you stumble upon Octoclassic. If you try to order it, it's only possible with Visa, no PayPal or anything like that. The reasons are obvious! In my case, my Alfa Romeo Spider is finished in an ugly 3D material that's very brittle and doesn't resemble the at the original plastic at all in terms of gloss and shine! If you send it back to Poland, you'll pay a lot of postage from Belgium (the company claims to be in London), and then they claim they never received the returned parts! So, i lost more money then i spend! Phone calls and other inquiries don't help! This company is absolutely to be avoided!

Porsche 944 Rear Wiper Nut Cover
Good communication. Good packaging. Fast despatch. As described. Helpful when first item wasnt quite right size / fit. Ended up with a good fitting hard to find / replace part - no nonsense good quality customer service. Happy customer - would buy from again. Thx!!!!
I had been looking all over for the 3rd…
I had been looking all over for the 3rd Brake Light assembly for my 2001 Jaguar XJ 8 with no luck. All I could find were used ones that were cracked and faded. Luckily I can across Octoclassis. They had a replacement that they make with a 3d printer and you can even choose your color. The part fit like an OEM replacement. They saved the day! 😬
Poor Service and bad attitude.
I placed an order for 2 speaker grilles for a 1994 Range Rover. When they arrived I was surprised at the poor finish and quality.
I sent pictures of the clearly defective items and was advised that they hadn’t been quality checked properly. I would say there isn’t any quality checking at all.
I was told that replacements would be sent out. It’s now 3 weeks since I complained, having waited 4 weeks for the original order.
The website is not clear that you are buying from Poland and that the company does not include import tax (unlike reputable companies).
When I challenged why it’s taking so long for the replacement to arrive I was told that it because the UK left the EU. The real reason is that Octoclassic chose not to expedite the order.
Separately, I noticed that they offered a 20% discount on my part a week after I paid full price. I sent a polite email asking if they would honour that discount on my order based on the fact that my order had not been fulfilled. They said no.
Poor attitude and poor service.
