Bought a zr8 3200 in June broke after 2 weeks waited 8 weeks on a technician who never arrived. Eventually agreed a replacement a zr8000 it was faulty on installation
I am awaiting a spare part over 10 days. Having to case myself. Great idea terrible machines and even worse aftersales
