Brazilian company in Mexico asking fingerprint ( biometric data) in order to let you in! In Mexico the law protects us, and we have the right to protect our biometric data! This is unlawful!

We have had the best experience at Smartfit Maseryk and Dos Patios and Myana. Sadly now leaving Mexico after 12 months. The equipment is great, all gyms were spotlessly clean, opening times great for us, having the choice of gym was terrific. Just fabulous, a great experience. Never too crowded, yes busy like all gyms at the usual times but never had to wait if I went at those times.

Bad service all together - staff not educated in their own rules, gave me the wrong information and lied and said I wasn't eligible for an offer, that I was - so I had to pay double instead (whereafter another employee told me, that I of course was eligible like everyone else). Canceled the membership and now, 2 months later, it is still not cancelled and they're still charging med. Tried to email them on their provided email 2 times and it bounced back/wasn't able to deliver. Emailed them on the contact form on their website 2 times, no reply several weeks after. Still paying membership to them and can get no contact to them - except their newsletter about how fantastic they are in their offers.

if you are going to visit Mexico and want to use the services of smartfit.com, looks like a very nice gym, by the way , although I was not allow entry . please note that you cannot buy a day pass. You cannot buy a monthly or weekly pass. You cannot pay for a monthly pass with a foreign bank card or in cash. You can only pay with a Mexican bank card. So much for services and making foreigners feel welcome.
