We have operated Ocean Float Room equipment since we opened in 2018. Overall, the equipment has been reliable and never fails to impress our clientele.

The one drawback has been the constant need to clean the backend plumbing to maintain a good water flow and circulation.

Other than that, it has met every expectation.

We've been using Ocean Float Rooms at our commercial float center for over 10 years now, and I highly recommend them. Adding a float tank/cabin to a home or business is a big task, and they helped make the entire process easy- from initial communication to getting in for a float to test it out, everything was a breeze. Scheduling delivery was straightforward, their installers did an incredible job, and their instructions for how to run and maintain them made it all low-stress. All float tanks have their issues from time to time, and Ocean Float is no exception, but it's extremely rare, and with the couple of times I've had an issues over the past 10 years it was easy to communicate with them and get things resolved. The filtration system is incredible, keeping the saltwater crystal clear 24/7/365, the software is easy to use, and the cabins are stunning- I love seeing the reactions from our guests the first time they see our Ocean Rooms! I do a bit of consulting for those looking to sift through the various float tank manufacturers, and Ocean Float Rooms is one of the very few companies I recommend to others.

We purchased our float room through Ocean Float Rooms, and we have absolutely no regrets. The quality of the product has been excellent, and it has performed exactly as promised.

Eileen made the entire process incredibly easy—from the initial purchase, to installation, to everything in between. She was thorough, responsive, and even provided hands-on training so we felt confident using and operating the float room from day one. That level of support made a huge difference for us, especially since this was our first float tank purchase.

While this has been our first and only float room so far, if we’re ever in the market for another one, I fully anticipate choosing Ocean Float Rooms again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering adding float therapy to their business.

When I first opened my float centre 6 years ago, having scoured the market, Ocean Float Rooms were the no brainer choice for me due the the quality of their rooms & equipment & the actual environment for my clients, nothing compares. The rooms are very spacious with clients having no fear of the space being to small and the Starlit Ceiling along with the calming underwater lights (with any setting option the client wants) were the icing on the cake. The team installed our rooms quickly and efficiently and full training on operations was comprehensively given to my team. If we ever have any question about anything the customer service provided by Ocean Float Rooms is second to none. Ever since we opened we have only ever had positive comments about our float rooms with the majority of people saying they much prefer them to a traditional pod (hence the reason we purchased the rooms). I can’t recommend Ocean Float Rooms enough they are certainly one of the reasons our centre has a very high occupancy rate. As a multi float center owner in France, I can only recommend Ocean Float rooms as the best float room manufacturer in Europe. I have installed 2 of their float rooms, which my customers love and my team and center manager as well ! The finish is high end, the engine is very reliable and their customer as well as technical service is quick and efficient.
