Worst Company ever Don't purchase…
Worst Company ever Don't purchase hosting from them. I've purchased hosting from them initially it went fine for 2 months but after the server started making issues again and again. We are a software firm and have purchased a cooperate package but their customer service is worst. They do not respond on time and they really don't care about their client's business...!

Over the past 6 months, my websites has faced recurrent issues, including downtime and slow performance. Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, the problems persist, and I am now receiving complaints from my clients.
While I appreciate the efforts made by the support team to resolve each incident individually, it appears that the root causes are not effectively addressed, leading to a recurrence of issues shortly after each resolution.
The specific problems I am encountering have significantly impacted the performance and reliability of my website, jeopardizing the reputation of my business. The impact on my clients' satisfaction is of great concern

The idea of adding additional $2 after a site expires awaiting renewal is fraudulent. That has made many people not to renew there site. I have many other hosting companies I shop on there server non had ever requested for such fraudulent additional charges only you. And the issue of one single site in directadmin panel is too bad. many directadmin panel that is upto $10 in prize have addon of 1 extra or 2 extra domain, with good ssl that covers both subdomain and the domain. but your does not cover subdomain.

I keep telling them not to send me email about my invoice that I have paid and I said I am not interested to use it again.. but they just keep sending me email... Its quite irritating..

VM got reset, downgrade from OpenVZ7 to OpenVZ6
i got a very cheap yearly plan of virtual server from their Black Friday Promo, it was Frankfurt OpenVZ7 vm with 4C Ryzen 6GB Ram and 80GB SSD. Everything is good (Support, Network etc) until a couple of months later it was suddenly gone, cannot ssh, also no vm appears on my virtulalizor.
I contacted support and they answer briefly: my vm got reset and they will reprovision it, but to OpenVZ6, what? i need at least Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10, not ancient Ubuntu 18..
i ask them to migrate mine to OpenVZ7 but they said it came with a cost, what? i think this was a very bad first impression of them. im very dissapointed and immediately canceled my service and not going back..
Fast support, not very good service. I was lucky it was not a production server.
