The purchase of TurboTax home and business was quick and easy. Was able to download and activate using the license code. However they apparently sell the same code to multiple people so it will work for who ever files the earliest. Each code allows up to 5 tax filings after that it gets blocked.

Dont buy from this place; spend a couple more $$ and buy from Amazon or other reputable vendor where you can dispute.

The price is cheap because they take a license that allows you to submit 5 returns and sell it to multiple people hoping they won't submit multiple returns. I was able to submit 2 returns, but when I tried to submit the third, the software told me the maximum had been reached. I called H&R Block and was informed that the license was not in my name and that all 5 returns had been used. I tried contacting the support number via text and got no response. The '24/7 Support' they have listed on the website is a blatant lie as no one responded to the text over 2 days and you can't call the number. It ended up costing me an additional $10 to file the additional return. I will not be using them again and will pay more somewhere else for a valid license and better service!

I see how they are making money now - by selling the same license number to 5 different people. As long as I can use the software, I guess that's OK, but they should be transparent about this.

You just need to activate the software as soon as you purchase it, and you won't have any problems. And know that you can't download and install on a new computer. I wouldn't want to do that anyway, so it doesn't really bother me.

I tried to use for a second year for my father's final tax filing. I was stopped just before filing with an error box that says "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" and when I contacted Turbotax for assistance, they told me the license code I received had been cancelled day ONE Day BEFORE I purchased my Premier tax software. I now see that I cannot call in, and the texting they offer does nothing, as well as the online "fill in the blank" boxes that never send the required SMS to verify your telephone, so you cannot submit. WTF, WHAT A SCAM! WHY DOESN'T TURBO TAX SHUT THEM DOWN IF THEY ARE SELLING FRAUDULENT SOFTWARE VERSIONS AND FIND THEIR INSIDE SOURCE THAT IS CLEARLY SUPPLYING THIS COMPANY WITH LEGIT BUT FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED BAD LICENSES???

Turbotax, Easy to buy and download

We purchased TurboTax (TT) Deluxe 2025 from Big Home Tax. The program worked fine through e-filing our Federal tax return, but the California return wouldn't e-file. After several phone calls with Intuit, our TT license was showing to TT as cancelled, causing the e-filing problem. TT agents said that Big Home Tax is not an authorized dealer, and they have been found to sell stolen licenses. Buyer beware!

Big Home Tax is not an authorized Turbo Tax seller. Could not process state e-file. Turbo Tax support was unable to resolve and I purchased a new 2025 Turbo Tax Premier version from them. Worked perfectly, stay away from Big Home Tax!

I purchased 2 copies of 2025 HR Block. I should have realized something was off when i could only pay using PayPal. They gave me activation codes that was already used.
You can only text and they assured me IT was looking into it. Never heard from them.
Filed dispute with PayPal and PayPal sided with the seller.

DO NOT BUY FROM BIG HOME TAX. It was a $50 lesson for me.

I had no problems with using Big Home and would use it again.

The activation code I got with my Turbotax 2025 no longer works because it was cancelled by BHT. I called my credit card company and disputed the purchase. They show the transaction's vendor to be "Family Clothing Store". Several reviews on TrustPilot state the same problem. Someone called TT and was told that Big Home Tax is not a valid TT seller.

The product was activated instantly and was sold at a very good price. Initially I needed help with installation and contacted the company via email. They responded very quickly and answered my questions satisfactorily.

I've been buying my tax software from Big Home Tax for about three years now and have not had any issues at all!
I highly recommend this company for your tax software needs. I researched it before buying and became aware of some complaints from customers; not from me.
Again, software activates right away, works great, no problems whatsoever from my end.

This company provides a serial number that is later invalidated. You can only message their help number. A bot on the other end will promise quick relief. It never comes. I messaged for two days and always a promise to ship a new serial number. It is truly fake

Tried to make same purchase in February 2026 & haven't been able to make contact with the company at all. I've sent emails & text, tried to chat on website & still haven't received any response.
I made a purchase in February 2025 & everything was great.
