Bought a few diagnostic tools in the past from them and service has always been 100%.
Bought xprog in November unfortunately they had no stock. After chasing it for 4 months always had a response still waiting on stock but we can refund money.
Decided to go for xhorse vvdi prog instead, just paid the difference in price and it was delivered to my address within 2 days.
Excellent service and communication.

The disc that came with the device is damaged, and all software are not working. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing any software from the site
