Excellent service. Placed the order and received a confirmation email. The following day had a phone call to arrange delivery. The furniture was delivered 2 days later, the driver called ahead, was on time and very helpful. Everything was well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company, everything was seamless from placing the order to taking delivery.

Ordered a BBQ from Oaktree at a more than fair price and they even included some free accessories. I was kept up to date throughout the process and was even given a call to check that the prospective delivery date would work for us.

Very polite and friendly on the phone when I called in to make a query. The delivery driver was nothing short of excellent, a really jovial and friendly guy who helped me get the box round the back with great respect for the property. He's genuinely a credit to the company!

I bought a garden chair online on Saturday evening and it arrived on Tuesday. How much better can you get! It was great quality and easy to put together.

Good quick service,initially sent the wrong cover but to their credit i was sent a replacement within a day or so and the wrong one picked up.

I ordered my patio set on line AND had a response (phone call) within the hour to arrange delivery Took delivery off it yesterday Driver had set off at 4am and was delivered it just before 9am (phoned me when he was 30mins away) When he arrive What a nice man declined a cup of tea (Yorkshire Hospitality)unloaded my patio set right onto the patio Nothing too much trouble And then he was away on his next delivery

Ordered our new sofa set online with no issues with website. However trying to find out exact day of delivery was a little troublesome. Took a while before we could actually speak to someone on the phone to arrange delivery slot. To cut a long story short we were originally told it would be on Thursday then we were told it was going to be on Friday. On Thursday our new sofa set arrived earlier than planned. Happy days. However on Friday another sofa set arrived which we had to refuse. Overall experience was a little frustrating.

Ordered a bird feeder, but was disappointed that I was given no tracking or information about when it would be delivered, it arrived after a week and I’m pleased with it
