Take back that 1 star. Worst customer service ever. They said I ordered wrong size. (I don’t think so) That’s all I was told. No options to return and get size I wanted. Even though this was a requested gift I am not going to waste my time or money. Don’t buy from this company. Awful!!! I would have been happy to pay additional fees. I’m throwing that damn shirt in the trash!

I had the best experience with O Mighty!
First of, after reading some reviews saying how stretchy their shirts are, I decided I want to size down after already making my order. I was quick to contact customer service to request a change in size. They responded ASAP saying that was no problem at all! My order then shipped the same day and arrived three days later, so shipping to Germany was super fast!
Like many reviews here already stated, their clothes are kinda expensive but now after seeing the quality in person, I can totally understand why! No other shirt of mine feels this soft and smooth and fits like a glove! I'll definitely order again soon!

They tell you in your email order confirmation it probably won't leave their warehouse for shipping for 3 weeks. They were literally daring me in emails to cancel the order if I didn't like it so I did.

They gave me a fake tracking number that doesn't work, I called dhl and they also said it was an invalid tracking number. I ordered from them before and I got my order so I'm confused. I guess they pick and choose who they wanna scam.

The worst company ever. When I tried to get information about my order, the customer service was rude, condescending and sarcastic. Very bad communication. Also the prices are too expensive - even just for a t shirt?? Save your time and your money and don’t shop here.

Awful. Ordered clothes months ago and was sent a shipping confirmation within the first week. Brilliant right? Wrong. The tracking number hasn’t worked once during this time and the fact it’s taking so long only makes me believe I was given a fake one. On top of this, they delete every negative comment posted about them under their posts rather than addressing the problem. If you actually sent people the clothes they spent a lot of money on they wouldn’t need to post comments about the fact they haven’t received them for months. So unprofessional.

i sent them an email 2 minutes after i ordered because i realized i'd messed up the first line of my address. they replied exactly 2 minutes later saying they fixed it for me, and it shipped less than half an hr after that. my package arrived 3 days later (i paid for dhl shipping). and yes, i checked all the timestamps. :) i'm super pleased! the shirts are super cute and despite all the reviews online, i didn't size up and everything fit perfectly. <3 hopefully i can add more o-mighty to my closet in the future!

I think the designs from omighty are so clever and funny and I love everything they puts out but the customer service is so bad. My first and second order with them both took ages to arrive (and one had a super weird tracking) even though I paid for express both times. I reached so many multiple times with no response but eventually my items came and everything was in there thankfully, though I wonder though how long standard shipping would actually take if express is so slow already… I know omighty is all about the not giving a f attitude but it seems like that’s carried over to their management and customer service too. Very hard to continue to support even though I love their items. Everything is great quality and so me just a pity they don’t seem to care about their customers.

Fast shipping! After seeing previous reviews I was quite worried about my order however I’ve been really surprised! I ordered two tops on the 18th of July and they arrived on the 1st of August (UK) Both tops are really good quality, are the exact items and sizes I ordered and came with a free tote bag and sheet of stickers:)

from germany: my package took over 3 months to arrive (I ordered with the „special free express shipping offer“) and when I asked the customer service they never replied. I spammed them in the instagram comments and sent like 30 mails and then somehow they could reply. Just don’t buy from them, they are expensive and seem to be incapable of management.

I bought 9 clothes on the website, however I only received 7. The packing slip says the little clown baby top is out of stock and you'll give me a refund. It has been more than a month, I have contacted customer service many times, and customer service does not reply to emails. I haven't received a refund yet, please give me a refund now!

0 stars!!! They are scammers! I placed a order and spent 200 dollars and they sent me a fake tracking number saying my order arrived last year?? lol. I never received my order! Do not order from them! They have ignored me they never responded to my emails and they deleted all my comments on their instagram. I’ve noticed only big influencers post in their clothes so most likely they scam on a regular. Worst place I’ve ever ordered from.

If I can give a 0 I would it took them forever to ship ONE shirt and usually I can understand but when they ignore you constantly when asking where your order is it is frustrating. I had to finally cave in and be rude just to get a refund it was ridiculous

Their clothes are cute, but definitely overpriced, especially with their shipping. You can get clothes delivered to you within a week at nearly any other online store, so why does it take Omighty over a month? I was especially disappointed when my items got put on back order. I waited nearly three months for my order to arrive, and emailed them, but still never received anything, so I ended up just requesting a refund instead. I’m not sure how they’ve become so popular when they run their business this way.

The worst company I have ever ordered from. Paid extra for faster shipping and received an INVALID tracking number. Tried contacting them on multiple platforms-email, instagram, and facebook. They never replied. My package never came. This place is a scam and their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

Absolutely beautiful clothing pieces but do not let this fool you for the lack of customer care they have. I spent almost $200 on a set in November and I still haven’t received it. I contacted them multiple times and not once did they make an effort to try and help their customer. It was always “you refused this..you didn’t contact DHL… it’s not in our ability to help you.” I expected better from this brand considering that so many influencers are wearing them but instead I ended up with $200 stolen from me and not receiving my order.

Ordered from Omighty a few times now and the first couple of times went swimmingly. I don't know what's happened with them but I ordered 4 tops from their "sale" and paid for express shipping, my order arrived a month later and only 1 of 4 tops were actually sent. Trying to get through to them for a refund on the 3 missing tops is near on impossible. I'll order through a third party in future.

im so sorry for all the people spending their money on this website just to get Shein quality clothing. If you’re reading this, don’t even bother buying I beg you. The shirts are expensive but it’s not good quality it’s like you’re basically paying just for the omighty branding.
The shirts are thin and see-through (even the colored), they rip easy because of how thin, and they don’t hold up after a wash, the shirt will literally keep getting thinner.
They even messed up one of my orders and didn’t tell us for 2 months after it said my order was going to be shipped. It was one of the Keanu tops, i had to email and ask what was going on with my package and if it’s shipped but they said it was out of stock when I bought it??? They didn’t even say if they refunded us or not in the first email. I had to keep asking and asking.
This is all based of experience because I was foolish enough to think spending 48+ dollars on a shirt. Not even one shirt, I spent 100+ on this website thinking it’d get better. If I could get my money back I totally would.

I never received my items until i dmed them on instagram. if i didnt have a following they wouldn't have sent out the package next day. pretty alarming for a brand to prioritise influencers over it's actual customers?
