This is a joke not a company.
Zero customer service. My package was lost, FedEx was experiencing delays and system errors, and I had to repeatedly call FedEx myself to try to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, this company blamed me for a delivery problem that was completely out of my control.
No accountability, no support, and no effort to actually assist a paying customer. If you’re looking for a headache and frustration, this is the place to buy from. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

My husband bought me the cheetah outfit for Christmas. The small top didn’t fit but the medium bottoms did… they don’t do exchanges of course .. so even after they received the merchandise it took them 10 days to add the store credit to the account and when they finally did it the merchandise was back up to full price which is another $40 dollars. He paid $46 for the top and when they finally put the store credit into the account it’s up to $80🤣🤣.
Expected to pay £25 to return a faulty dress
I ordered a blue bandage mini dress from I.AM.GIA in Australia to the UK. When the dress arrived, it had a fabric colouring fault so there was a streak vertically on the front of the dress. I reached out to their customer service and they informed me that, unless I wanted store credit, my only option was to pay myself to return the dress - I had checked how much this would cost and it is £25! I am shocked that they would expect me to pay this fee just to try on a faulty item. Don’t order from them to the UK unless you want to take this gamble!

If I could give this brand negative stars, I would. I want to warn anyone considering this company about their extremely poor customer service. I received the wrong size for my order, and despite contacting them multiple times, they refused to properly resolve the issue. They only offered store credit or an exchange, which is unacceptable when the mistake was entirely on their end. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to take responsibility caused me unnecessary stress, and I will never shop with them again. I hope others take caution before spending their money here — this is the type of company that doesn’t respect its customers.

I contacted GIA multiple times before my order was shipped and before the shipping label was created to update my delivery address. Despite this, no changes were made. The order was also significantly delayed, and ultimately delivered to an address I could not access.
Customer service refused any resolution, citing a 15-minute address change policy, even though they were notified well in advance and had ample opportunity to intervene. No reshipment, store credit, or compensation was offered.
Disappointing experience and poor accountability. I would not recommend ordering unless you are 100% certain nothing will go wrong, as there appears to be no flexibility or support when issues arise.

The carrier in my country lost my parcel so I emailed iamgia the response from them were fast. They investigated my parcel immediately then emailed me back saying that the carrier has lost my parcel so they refunded me full amount even though it’s not their fault. Iamgia also stated in the email that if the parcel actually got to me i should keep it. They did all of this even though it’s the carrier fault so im very impressed with the customer care and the brand definitely will be buying again😊

During their Black Friday sale I order two thing two hoodie from the blare set. I meant to buy a hoodie and the pant and contacted customer service. I had already bought the pants and just asked for customer service to cancel one of the hoodie , my order was a preorder so I thought all would be fine. I was told I would just have to get it and return it and I thought it wouldn’t be an issue. The preorder said it would ship late November and they never gave any updates once December hit. When they finally ship it took them a while to all get here and they all were shipped separately even tho they all came from the same place. I started the return on the extra hoodie just to find out I could not get my full money back but instead would have to take store credit if I wanted the full value which I did take. My package has now delivered as of 11 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. I understand holiday and stuff are happening but they never once told me there would be a delay because of it. I have emailed customer service again and am yet to hear anything at all not even an update

Do not expect follow up or any degree of good customer service. I wrote over six times requesting to place an order and never received feedback. When I finally received a response, it was inappropriate as the agent accused me of never requesting help. They never honored the sale rate even though they never followed up. I do not recommend trying to buy there. Many other great options with outstanding customer service
Too expensive for the quality
I used to love I am Gia but my recents orders are really disappointing. First, their size are not accurate. Xsmall can be super large and medium can be small. The quality isn’t what it used to be. I tried to return one item (70usd value) and they asked me to ship it back to Australia which cost 300$. After contacting the customer service they told me to resale it or throw it or give it to a friend. That’s not a good customer service because I didn’t receive the good product. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend base on my latest purchases.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND NO REPLY
To whom it may concern,
I am absolutely outraged by my experience with I AM GIA. I received clothing covered in disgusting stains, and for almost TWO WEEKS now, no one has bothered to respond to my messages. I have repeatedly sent photos of the damaged items, yet I am completely ignored. Even on Instagram, where your team is usually active, there has been no reply whatsoever.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I expect an immediate solution — a full refund or a proper replacement without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response right away, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and consult a lawyer. I am prepared to take all necessary steps to resolve this.
Fix this issue now.
Lacking customer service
Clothing quality is similar to shein yet much more expensive. When their items are actually in stock, they ship fast but when it comes to reaching out to their customer service, they don’t respond. No matter how many follow ups, they do not respond. It’s really unfortunate because they receive so many paying customers daily and the least they can do is respond in a timely fashion. Alternatively, send some type of confirmation that messages are even received and will respond back within a certain timeframe. There’s no reassurance.
