Excelent support

I placed an order for two items (controllers and a case) and at the moment i placed it i saw that those two things had a bundle with 30% discount. I contacted support and they responded in exactly 36 minutes with the refund so i could place my new order with the discount. Excellent support. 100% recomend. Now i'll wait for my order. Thanks!

Best controllers for the Switch

Ordered from them 3 times now. Process was smooth, prices are great and the Hyperion Pro is honestly the best feeling controller I've had for the Switch.
Playing in portable mode feels great now!! It has the perfect size to weight ratio for being comfortable to hold while not putting so much weight on my wrist. Highly recommended.

ORDER CAN COMPLETE

A few months ago I was able to buy without problems. Today I tried with 4 credit cards, and two PayPal accounts and I couldn't get anything done. The first operation was approved and after 15 seconds it was canceled due to "RISK" on the platform. a shame

I wish there were more joystick options

I wish there were more options for the joystick packs (2 gray 2 c stick as an example) instead of only the bundle currently offered. Buying the pack gives you effectively only one gray joystick, 2 c-stick and one yellow joystick. For people trying to replace joysticks in other controllers, this is not optimal as a purchase option. There should be an option for purchasing joysticks that includes 2 gray joysticks.

Superb hardware made by superb folks

I absolutely love your products and I love how you listen to fan feedback.

Thank you for doing what Nintendo refuses to do themselves.

My only piece of feedback would be to make it easier to find where to enter a promo code when checking out on a mobile device as it was frustrating trying to find the hidden dropdown menu.
