If I could give zero starts I would.
Booked and paid for a limo on 7th December from Manhattan to JFK. Payment taken but car never came and they cancelled the booking as traffic was too busy! I have reached out 4 times to be refunded and still not received my payment back. Avoid at all costs very poor service

Booked to be collected from jfk to millennium premier Times Square at 11.30am on Sunday 11 feb 2023. Flight arrived early, driver contacted us and collected us at 11 .15 am. Promptly delivered to hotel just after 12 noon. Excellent driver polite and very pleasant. Highly recommend to anyone transferring from jfk.

Pre and post booking communication was perfect. We booked to make sure we could be picked up promptly. It wasn't clear where to wait, they were late and made no effort to contact us. We called them and got no apology, same when the driver finally arrived. I have given them months to respond to my email. Avoid. Totally gutted.

I booked and paid $189 to be picked up in Newark airport in New York on the 23 December 2023. My flight arrived on time, but my car did not arrive at all. I waited for over 30 minutes in the airport, with no communication from the driver or Starride Limo, before ringing their support line. I was told the driver had a ‘flat tyre’ which was, of course, BS considering the driver did not bother to message me. I was then told there were no other drivers available, and I should make my own arrangements for transport. I ended up having to take my chances in the taxi queue at the airport and get a yellow cab (which nearly cost me my life – a whole other story). It was bad enough the Starride Limo driver did not show, but I was left waiting like a fool for a car that was never going to come because Starride Limo didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. I strongly recommend you do not use this service if you are looking for reliability. They should change their name to Unreliable Limo.

Our driver was timely and courteous. He texted us as our flight landed into EWR. He told us the vehicle license # and where he was waiting for us. After we got our bags he loaded them into the nice clean car for us, verified our destination and drove us through rain and traffic at night in a very professional manner. It was such a relief not to have to do the driving! Highly recommend!

Service was fine except the guy who picked me up from the airport didn't have the proper license! I got into the car at the airport and a nearby police officer pulled us over immediately. He questioned the driver about his lack of T&LC plates. The cop made me get out of the car and the driver was given a summons and left. I had to wait for another driver to come pick me up. The second driver was good with the proper license. Overall, I got home about 1 hour later than expected. Not a terrible experience but will definitely not use these guys again.

DO NOT USE ! They cancelled our pre-booked limo saying they were too busy to pick up and the best they could do was over 2 hours from landing !!

I am very grateful to my Starride Limo driver RICH MICHEL N/A for waiting for me to get through the worst immigration queue I’ve ever seen and dropping me off safely at my hotel. I know drivers are normally not allowed to wait this long but it made a bad experience entering the USA a much better experience.
Also being driven in a Tesla was a nice treat.

The driver left, no call, no message. We are on a tight schedule and paid a lot of money for this service! And he left!! What kind of customer service is this? I’m now in a taxi and having to pay an additional $80 to get to our location! Find another company!
