Edited review. After speaking with the manager who has been more than helpful and went out of his way to contact me regarding the issues we had, has sent an inspector out to resolve and fix the problems we have. I am more than happy with the quick response and helpfulness of the company. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend nationwide windows for the quality of their windows and the way they deal with small issues and fix them promptly. Very friendly and great service.

A thoroughly professional , polite and very helpful non-pressure sales company based in my home town of Rugby Warwickshire , we had sound advice at their showroom and plenty of time to consider our options to purchase our new front door / side panel.
We paid a 25% deposit on our order which would take approx. 4/5 weeks to manufacture , only a very short time later we had a confirmed fitting date of 22/10/2024.
The appointment was adhered to bang on time and i can only praise the pleasant & polite fitting team who worked very tidily until this quality composite door & side panel was completed .

Had our new windows fitted by Antony, Alfie and Tommy. They arrived on time and did a brilliant job. Very professional, cleaned as they went and explained how everything worked. Very pleased.

Very efficient and clean,knew exactly what they were doing did a great job and I really can tell the difference looking forward to feeling warmer this winter.

Two fools turned up late and were quite rude put in crap Windows, left a mess and broke a pain of glass fooling around spraying eachother with glass cleaner.Well done pioneer housing for putting yourselves before your tenants.

Very nice gentleman came to put in our new windows, think he was called Stanley. Kept everywhere clean & tidy. Didn’t stop for a break. Would definitely use again if needed

We had our windows fitted today by nationwide windows ans Arron and Ben fitted them and they did an amazing job. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Great couple of lads and very good at what they do. Thank you so much Arron and Ben. Credit to you both.

I had new windows installed today James and Lee did an excellent job . They worked quickly and effectively were polite and tidied up behind them.

Very professional team ,three men were Antony Martin, Alfie Martin and Tommy Wood.Very organised and tidy and just got on with job and made sure I was OK all the way through the windows being fitted with door open . Explained how they were starting upstairs first and doing front room last where I was sat. Explained how windows open,lock and asked me to inspect the windows before they left. Very please with how these workman organised and worked .

Ben & Aaron fitted my windows today - it'd rain most of day, especially at the time they needed to be outside and they did an amazing job! They were informative, very friendly, considerate and professional. Would highly recommend - many many thanks Ben & Aaron for your fantastic work!

A company as a whole have been really good to deal with! Aaron and Ben both attended my house to fit a new door, both of them really polite and nice to chat too! Cleaned up! Made it look so simple!Door was up and sorted within the hour! They done a fantastic job! Clean, smooth and not to say it again but my door looks so much better than that blue one 😂 Thankyou again guys so much!

My windows and front door was replaced by Keith and Nathan. I rent from a housing association so didn’t have to pay for the work. Lovely guys and did a great job so pleased with their work. Thank you

Aaron & Ben Arrived at my property at about 8am they worked very hard till windows & door was fitted they done a fantastic job and very polite and friendly and also cleaned up after the job had bean done i would recommend nationwide windows to anyone.

Very very poor windows. They measured windows and installed windows that were 3-4 inches to small. Filled gaps with expanding foam

Had all windows fitted today by Nationwide windows & doors (Danny&Matt, lovely job , very polite & considerate men, tidy up well after themselves . Delighted with outcome .

Since moving into my new property, I’ve had to schedule three to four visits from Nationwide Windows. Unfortunately, the booking process has been challenging due to communication breakdowns with the customer service team. However, Maurizio has come to address a number of issues for me—three out of the four times—and I cannot fault his service. His customer service has been outstanding, and he has shown great attention to detail and respect for my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better engineer to handle these issues. Thank you, Maurizio, for all your help.

The housing association has replaced front doors in their properties. So really I shouldn't complain as it's free and mine was split from the time I moved in, due to someone trying to kick it open. Probably lost their key 🔑!
But I'm happy with the door, it's got a peep hole I can spy through.
It's that the workers have left the step outside very unsightly. They've removed the old step(PVC layer) then just left it as rough bricks. They've also left a lot of waste on my ramp that I've got to pick up now. The old door has been taken away so why have they left bits of waste, wood, plaster, filler (asbestos?) As well as the old step?
I'm niggled that others reviews say how much they were professional. I feel like I didn't matter as I'm a HA resident.
The actual men were nice, they explained how to lock the door securely. But I wish I'd had a look at it from the outside before they left.
