Wednesday 13/05/2026 had two (2) doors front and back fitted and Also (2) two windows by John and Sam . turned up early as requested great communication with what the job intailed and very clean and tidy while working .Highly recommended .

John and Sam fitted my window in Nechells just over a week ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From the moment they arrived, they immediately put my anxiety at ease. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing from the get-go confident, professional, and completely in control of the job.

What really stood out, beyond the quality of their workmanship, was the respect they showed throughout. They were courteous to me and my family, and treated my home with genuine care.

It’s rare to find tradespeople who balance efficiency with such consideration, but John and Sam managed it effortlessly.

They also left the place spotless, taking the time to clean up thoroughly once the job was done, which I truly appreciated. After waiting timeless years to finally have my windows fitted, it was a relief to have it done so smoothly and to such a high standard.

Now, all that’s left is to see how the windows hold up against the various weather conditions ahead but if the installation is anything to go by, I have every confidence they’ll stand the test of time.

John and Sam came to fit my new front door today, they were really friendly and helpful they talked me through every step of what they were doing and were constantly checking I was happy with what their work.
They covered all my carpet and made no mess at all and cleaned out side too,
They double checked their work and made sure everything was working perfectly and that I was happy before leaving.

Firstly I had concerns as not experienced window fitting at all. Yvette came to my home and completely put my mind at rest by explaining the whole process. On the day John and Sam came on time. John had already came to meet me prior as on site. I have to say I have never yet met anyone as polite and caring as John and Sam. From start to finish absolutely professional in every way. Perfect job completed. I am over the moon with the whole process. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks so much John, Sam and Yvette.

John & Sam came today to replace window pane and fit a missing window from 1st install. They were brilliant, quick but doing a quality job which was a relief as I have had quite a bit of hassle since first instalment.

I just had two fantastic fitters around called Gareth and Cameron Thornton, they came to replace my front door, they were polite and kept me up apprised of their progress, they left my property clean after completing the work, I'd gladly give them a higher score if possible.
