My clients cant even pay for their exam fees. Such a stupid payment gateway declining almost all transactions from my students. I even believe they are racists.. Because all payments made from India were declined..

It’s getting better. Lots of assistance. I just need to send a few documents. And we can continue to work together

We have not officially received any statements, etc as of yet. We only started with Nuvei a few days ago. The process of shifting to another processor was very painless.

I am very satisfied with the customer support on (07/10/2024) re: processing refund

I remember that when I was called by a Merchant Experience Advocate, I was on the phone signing the agreement through conversation. The agreement was dated August 19, 2020. There was no Sales Rep Name or ID number until I discovered it was for a Machine Z9 wireless 4G. I called the Merchant Experience Advocate and requested the name of the person who sent me the original agreement, but they refused to provide it. I also requested the forms to cancel the agreement, but the reps never sent them to me. Instead, they emailed me a document titled "Merchant Processing Statement Date: August 2022," which I had not asked for.
I called customer service and spoke with different reps, asking for the cancellation agreement forms, but they kept hanging up on me. I struggled to find someone willing to discuss the matter, but nobody would talk to me. I called again and begged them to tell me the truth about the cancellation form from the original reps, which had no ID number or rep's name and was dated August 19, 2020. They refused to deal with me.
In December, I contacted Michael, a Merchant Experience Advocate, who finally discussed the cancellation forms with me. He offered me a different machine and sent me an email with information about it. I then called Nuvei to have my complaint transferred to the supervisor (special operations) and complained about the $535.54 they took from my funds for additional wireless data fees on January 20, 2022. They submitted a credit for the $535.54, which would post on my February 2022 statement, and gave me an additional $25 courtesy credit in good faith due to the error or refund delay. I was happy about that but still couldn't find the cancellation forms.
I am very disappointed with Nuvei for avoiding addressing this issue. In my past experience with Pivotal from 2015 to 2018, there was no problem with transparency.
Now, once again, another issue has arisen: First Data took $573.70 from my funds. Is this about the "Additional Wireless Data Fee" again? I request that Special Operations investigate this serious matter.
I despise this disagreement over a large sum of money.
Additionally, I read the agreement: Lease Term: 48 Months, which was signed on August 19, 2020. The agreement expired on August 20, 2023, exceeding the 48 months. By the way, First Data broke the terms of my signed agreement when the date expired on August 20, 2023.
There are two different agreements: one dated June 25, 2019 ("RENTED") and another dated August 19, 2020 (for my old home in Edmonton) ("Lease Agreement"). It seems Nuvei is trying to make me pay more for "leasing the machine," which I never asked for.
I also blame the original reps who lied to me about everything and took advantage of me by not sending me the cancellation of the agreement. I received an email from collections asking for $1,181.61, which doesn't match the terms of my contract that expired on August 20, 2023. Nuvei took $1,181.61 from my funds without providing transparent information. They refused to discuss the matter with me. I have decided to stop the payment through my bank account because I am not wealthy and run a very small seasonal business. As a result, I was evicted twice from my home. **WARNING EVERYONE: DON'T GO FOR NUVEI COMPANY DUE TO NOT HONEST BUSINESS AND EAT YOUR MONEY**
