I received the Oil of Oregano the first of October and begin taking. In the last 3 weeks, the Nutrition Therapy (black seed oil & vitamin E) has greatly helped my gut & stomach health. Nutrition Therapy is the best!

I really like the taste of this and my gut likes it too
So I’ve been waiting eagerly for the Oregano drops as I suffer with IBS-D first lot took ages to come ( I’m in UK ) when it arrived was smashed to pieces. The company kindly refunded me and said they would send another.. been weeks maybe even months at this point and I’m desperate!
More relief than anything my GI doctor tried over the last 17 years
I ordered product from what I was led to believe was a US company on July 26. It shipped from China on July 28, hit the US in early August and I still don't have it. I emailed them to say that they should disclose if the product is made in China, especially as it is an herbal oil. They responded that it is made in the US and sent to China for order fulfillment, and that it's out of their hands that I haven't received it.
C'mon...nobody produces something in the US and then sends it to China for order fulfillment back to the US. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't have a good feeling about the quality of product based on their business practices.
Update 2 weeks later: the package has been up and down the East Coast, to the Midwest, and actually made it to the closest USPS distribution center to me, but has again traveled south to an international distribution center. The last update was over a week ago. The package is lost and Nutritiontherapy isn’t responding to emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Update 10/2: It has now been 10 weeks since I ordered. Yesterday I received an email from customer service saying they want to clear this up right away, but they have no record of my order and it would be helpful if I could send them screenshots, which I did. These people DO NOT want to help, and they won't refund my money because the product has shipped. They don't seem to care that it is lost at a USPS distribution center, where it has been for 4 weeks now.
