Avoid this company. Useless customer service, ordered items not sent

Useless customer service. Part of my order wasn't sent and weeks later still not sent despite my calls and emails. Staff polite but not engaged and did nothing to actually send out the missing items. Such a shame as their website appears to have a very good range of stock. Don't be fooled, half of my order was and is still missing. Only option now is to ask for a refund which they will probably take weeks or months to process judging by other reviews here.

Do Not Use - Terrible Customer Service

I have been a nutricentre customer for many years and sad to say the level of customer service I experience now is the worst ever, it's beyond bad. It's no surprise that I have had to set up a trust pilot account just to give my viewpoint and warn others - they don't have a customer review facility on their website funnily enough!!!

Items not received, wrong items received, expired products received, etc. The staff do not read emails properly as they fail to respond the issues raised. It difficult to get a refund on items you don't receive, I have had to wait over 3 months in the past. Stock levels aren't maintained well either by the time your order is processed the item that was in stock is now out of stock - this happens all the time.

The only reason I have kept using them was the line of products they had and the practitioner discount I receive however hardly any of these lines exist anymore and the same lines that they sell can easily be bought on amazon or from other retailers for the same discounted price without any of the issues.

Recently I ordered a product (a natural eyecream) which I received with soon to be expired date. I contacted them and returned the item (this involved taking a photo of the expiry date, uploading it on my laptop, emailing it to them, then going to the post office, standing in a long queue for 1/2 hour, getting the proof of delivery receipt, scanning this receipt, then emailing it to them).

I waited 2 weeks and no replacement was sent as the item was out of stock. I contacted them to tell them I hadn't received the replacement and could I get a refund. Then a few days later I received the exact same product I had already returned back! Again I took a photo, uploaded it to my laptop, emailed it to them with my complaint, asking for them to give me a refund asap and to send a courier to collect the item as I won't be going to the post office again to send the same item back. They have totally disregarded my email and ignored my request for a courier. They said I should send it back in the envelope they will send to me - I just received the envelope now which was sent by COURIER!

There are many words I could choose to describe the quality of service, poor, inept, lack of accountability. It's unfortunate that you can't get any issues referred to customer service managers who may actually resolve the problem rather than the robotic staff that can't seem to respond to or resolve individual queries. If you want to create more stress in your life then use Nutricentre as that is a guarantee, one that they won't mention to you of course:)

Incompetent & Irresponsible

I have a medical condition that requires me to take certain supplements every single day for 2 months and on a strict diet. I ordered some pills from this company, 9 showed as in stock, delivery was 3-5 days and i needed them in 6 days so i made the order. Today is the 6th day, my pills have run out so i called the company who hadn't sent me anything. I was told they were probably out of stock despite the website still showing 9 in stock right now. I need these pills, i must take them every single day and i'm 6 weeks in of the 8. Beyond upset, now desperately trying to find a stockist at any cost. Having read other reviews on here it seems they are out and out liars and are a completely irresponsible company simply out to take your money. I will never use them again and highly recommend anyone else to do like wise.

Never received my order

I placed an order over the phone for a number of items and was told the delivery should take 3-5 working days. When one week later the order has not arrived I called their customer services and was told that apparently the order got damaged during delivery or lost and that they will send me a replacement with 24-hours delivery which (!!!) should also take 3-5 working days (why call it 24hrs then?!). One week later the replacement has not arrived again, this time I was told that there is no tracking information on this orderer and they don't know what happened to it. Once again I was promised a 24-hrs (3-5 days) delivery. Three days later, no sign of my order and I was asked to wait couple more days. Now 3 weeks after I placed my order I still received nothing and I had to cancel this order and ask for a refund. I called Nutricentre five times in total enquiring about the status of my order and every time I was told that the order was sent to me but they don't know what happened to it and they can't reach their delivery company to find out. Really, the company would loose 3 orders of £90 each and not make any effort to find out what happened? This all looks too much like a scam to me. Over the phone customer services pretended to be helpful but in fact did nothing to amend the situation. They apologised for the delay but never actually tracked the order, called me back or even send me tracking number (like was promised).
Overall infuriating experience, stay away if you care about your time and nerves.

Absolute rubbish service

Used nutri centre for 10 yrs plus. Now realised it's time to move on. Customer service appalling they apologise when your order doesn't show up but that's about it, never return calls etc etc
Money gets debited instantly then time after time order doesn't show and you have to chase it . They never return e mails and usually it's out of stock or discontinued . There's so many good alternatives out there now , do yourself a favour and order from one of them instead !

Ring & you get polite promises that the manager will sort things out but then nothing transpires so you ring again.

Appalling organisation

Don't ever use this company; service abysmal - even the automated emails they send make no sense, eg "If you've received this email, please ignore" ..!!!! Two of three products never arrived. Complete shambles. Their website is equally appalling - whoever is earning a salary for it is getting money under false pretenses - they've clearly never heard of indexing or looked at other - rival - sites.

Buyer BEWARE- Finally got my money back.

I found a telephone number which worked. It is 0208 752 8450. I called them, used my order number as my reference, explained what happened and they refunded my money within days. I did not even go through my bank. Give it a try.

The bottom half of this review is about my experience. I am not the first, nor will I be the last to complain about this company.
They are exceptionally quick at debiting money from your account, and the complete reverse with delivery of items you paid for. They failed on every occasion to correct their mistakes. They still haven't completed delivery of an order I made in on 7th December 2014. All my attempts to contact them have been pointless as they only replied once and their phone seems to be constantly on voice mail. I cannot say how disappointing and aggravating this experience has been. If you have been in my position, look into your consumer rights, namely your right to have your product(s) delivered with 30 days. I have found that my bank will be very helpful in getting my money back.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS ROGUE SELLER

Ordered some whey protein recently from Tesco direct who uses NUTRICENTRE. Ordered 25.01.15. payment taken 26.01.15, confirmation email stating delivery by 31.01.15. Item never arrived, called Tesco who spoke to Nutricentre 4 x in total. 1st time, "not sure what's happened, we'll send it out". 2nd time, "we have 2000 units in stock, I'll make sure we send this and you will receive 3/4 days". 3rd time, "Item has been dispatched and is on it's way, you will receive 03/04.02.15". 4th time, "We will speak to the warehouse and get them to send it out to you". Clearly they lied previously saying I'd have it in 3/4 days and then more blatantly saying it was actually on it's way to me. I have cancelled my order now as they could not tell me WHEN they would send it out. (not sure if I'll ever see my money again.I would type more but not enough space. Do not EVER use this company!!

Rubbish

Nutricentre accepted an order from me for six items that their website said were in stock, took the payment for all six items plus postage out of my bank account, sent two of the items to me and then sent two separate invoices for those two items to me three days later. Half way down each invoice were the words “Unfortunately the items below are currently not in stock and will be despatched once in stock”, followed by a list of the items I was still waiting for; the quantities of which were listed incorrectly and differently on each invoice.

After hearing nothing more from Nutricentre for a week, I rang customer services and explained the situation. I was told that two of the four missing items were now “in stock” and that they would “chase them up”. I asked if they knew when the other two items would be in stock, and was told that they “don’t know”.

There are plenty of other online retailers who seem to be able to display accurate stock levels, but in the event that a mistake is made, these other online retailers tend to be decent enough to contact the customer rather than just taking full payment/delivering part of the order with no apology. (Note to Nutricentre: “Unfortunately the items below are currently not in stock and will be despatched once in stock” does not count as an apology. Oh, and when you send a receipt by email as soon as a customer has ordered and paid for something, why not try putting something like “Thank you for your order” in there?)

The Nutricentre customer service staff who I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I have asked to have my entire order cancelled and refunded, and have been told that a freepost envelope will be sent out to me so that I can return the two items that were delivered. It remains to be seen how quickly I’ll be refunded.

Nutricentre might (claim to) have the products and the prices, but the way they operate is nothing short of rubbish. “Yeah, well we’ve taken all the money from you for those products, and yeah, we know we said they were in stock, but, well, we don’t know when they actually will be in stock, but they will be in stock at some point between now and the end of time” might work for some people, but I won’t be shopping with Nutricentre again.

HAD ENOUGH OF THIS COMPANY!

I too like many others on here have spent a lot of money at the nutri centre and the customer service got so bad and the delivery is just a joke that I stopped using them. The attitude on the telephone is disgusting, if I dealt with my customers the way they do, I wouldn't have any! After nearly a year I have given them another chance and placed an order and I wish I hadn't as nothing has changed. All items said in stock, yet 5 days later I have received only 1 item and no explanation where the rest of the order is. I need to call them yet again, will NEVER use them again. Do yourself a favour and shop from Revital they are a 100 time better and quicker.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

The company is to be avoided at all costs! the website looks great and the products they stock are great BUT getting them after they have your money is another matter!
It has recently taken over a year to get money refunded after sending proof of postage a number of times and countless emails. It took so long that I felt I had won a grand slam in tennis with regards to the amount of email tennis I played with their staff.
I kept being asked questions that were answered in previous emails and attached to the email chain detailing the whole incident. Either staff were unable to read or just plain lazy to read the emailed communications that had been sent.
I have then ordered two products (stupidly) after being refunded and thinking the apology would suffice, where eventually one was sent three weeks later after a few more emails and the second product, I was advised would be on a back order taking up to 21 days to be shipped.
The 2nd product was available via amazon immediately and other websites for next day delivery, but I decided to wait. Now over one month later, I have emailed a question to the customer service team regarding when I should expect the product only to be told that it should take another 21 days and they have added me to an email notification once the item is in stock to help me so that when I do receive the email notification, I can call up and place an order again!?!?
I am lost for words and will NEVER use this company again. I order products direct from America and receive them in a matter of days.
NUTRICENTRE are I believe the worst online company I have ever has the displeasure of dealing with!
I can imagine I would have more joy with a chocolate fireguard!
If I could give less than ZERO stars then that would be Too much......
