We have never worked or ever been in contact with anyone named "Ben Barker"; who are you? Exactly what issues with quality or transparency did you experience? What did you order with us? We are happy to resolve in any way we can if you are an actual customer. We suspect your review is from a competing business defaming us with fake reviews. We will find out, and legal actions will be taken if this is the case.
