Awful product locked me out of my own house.
I purchased NU-SET locksets (knobs and deadbolts) and the deadbolts are, hands down, the worst deadbolts I have ever tried to install. The torque blade from each the interior and exterior assembly must remain inside the latch hole (inside the door) as you blindly try to insert the barely long enough screws while everything slides around and out of place.
Once you do get one installed, don't breathe a sigh of relief because there's a huge chance that sooner or later (likely the former) one of the inexplicably flimsy torque blades will bend and the deadbolt will cease to function, forcing you to take it apart, bend the blade back into place, and start the awful installation process all over again.
After finally getting the deadbolt successfully installed, I used the key to lock it from the outside. When I went to unlock it, the mechanism turned as expected but the deadbolt remained locked.
Unless you hate yourself and/or enjoy a senseless challenge, do not buy this item. Seek out a lockset made by someone who has actually used a screwdriver and not by someone who just sits behind a desk with a computer and stack of papers. Not only will that leave you less frustrated, but it will also leave your home safer. This product is so terrible, not only will I never buy it again, I will never trust another product made by NU-SET.
