The sales agents will advise that the reservation is refunded if finance is not approved, and then ghost you if finance is not approved.
Their primary contacts listed on their website also dont respond.
Given that the cars are also not exactly amazing value, I would advise to avoid this dealer if you are not purchasing with cash.
