Perfect fit and comfortable school shoes

Bought some Reeboks for an amazing price! Great service too, the staff found me the last pair.

Terrible service dumped shoes at us and walked away. Staff an Albany store just ignored those in the store and chatted to each other. No point paying this type of staff is this what you get for minimum wage.

Great staff and lovely clean shops. Stock is not all cluttered and is easy to find what you are looking for. Always a bonus when my favorite shoes are on special.

What I found so helpful in visiting the store was the ready assistance of the staff and their flexibility in seeking alternative solutions when the first style/pair of shoes didn't work.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were looking for some mens slip on shoes with a wide fit during the latest sale. The staff member found some shoes out the back of the shop which fitted the purpose perfectly

I have always thought of Number One as a great value for money shop. But I have to say, that now there are 3 shops combined, it seems to be getting expensive. Yes the quality is good and especially for childrens shoes.
The advertising could be a little clearer for the buy 1 get 50% of the 2nd pair.
The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and show a lot of patience when it comes to children in the shop.

Quality product, great price, and friendly staff who weren't in my face while browsing.

I like this pair of boots. The color is perfect and the style design is "cute". I like the height of the heels. I like, too, the expandable (garterized) foot entry that provided added "style" to it. (You can see that one of the seven pictures showed that I tried them on immediately after I got them from the shop; hence, it shows the price labels still attached & hanging from the back of the shoes!) All in all, I highly endose it.

The website was user friendly and the process of ordering till delivery was smooth.

Good variety of products and prices. My new slippers were affordable and should last me a while. Keeping me warm during these cold winter days and evenings! Just wish I could wear them to work too...

In person, the stores are well organised and the staff are helpful, even before both stores merged together. Both have great footwear selections with nice designs that I enjoyed and enjoy. Online ordering is also great. Deliveries are on time and if ever a product needs to be returned or exchanged, it’s easy to do so in store. Overall, my family and my experience with Number One shoes and Hannah’s has been great and we’ve been buying from these stores for a long time.

Great price on special. Shop people were very helpful but weren’t in your face all the time.

We bought a pair of school shoes for our daughter. She wore them for only one day, but they caused injuries to her feet. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was told that the shoes could not be exchanged because they had already been worn.I find this difficult to understand, as it is only after wearing the shoes that we discovered they were causing harm. The fact that the shoes have been worn should not prevent us from raising a legitimate concern about their suitability and quality.

Every time I order online I get my order quick and correct! If I have to take anything back then dealing with staff instore is always easy, friendly and great customer service. Plus the best thing is the shoes I get I always get great mileage out of them at a great cost!
