Think the service is quite good apps good price is very high delivery shocking the amount of stuff I had stolen off the front door was unbelievable but in all fairness they replaced it straight away ( ish )
After loads is emails and pictures but that’s not their fault that’s the delivery firm DPD then Royal Mail did the same can’t afford the product anymore but no discussion about a cheaper price

Customer care and support have been great. The health coach that has been assigned to me has been very helpful and supportive. Numans App has lots of additional information such as recipes, case studies, step by step tutorials etc. also helps with changing lifestyle to support sustainable weight loss and wellbeing. They may cost a little more however this is money well spent as they are with you every step of the way if needed. I was also able to have a phone call from a clinician to discuss my journey. Fabulous service- always on time and packaged well to keep cold. Clear instructions on packaging.
