Bought 12 18650 batteries 3 months ago
Bought 12 18650 batteries 3 months ago. Rated at 3000mha . None of them will hold more than 2200 mha . Ive had batteries lose that after 18 months of use not 3 months . Emailed them as the website days we always answer emails.... nothing today , not even my spam . So id say sub standard batteries sold cheaply, don't expect too much

Hi Richard,
We’re sorry to hear this. We genuinely respond to all customer enquiries, but unfortunately we cannot find an email or contact-form submission matching your review.
Could you please let us know how the capacity was measured? Many consumer chargers report only the energy returned during the charging cycle, rather than capacity measured through a controlled discharge. The result can also vary significantly depending on the devices cut-off voltage vs the manufacturer datasheet.
A reading of 2,200mAh from a 3,000mAh cell warrants further investigation, and we’ll be happy to test the cells or arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us at hello@nubattery.co.uk with your order number and test details so we can look into this properly.
Kind Regards,
Ollie

Easy to find the right battery
Easy to find the right battery. Very safely delivered with each battery held within its own, sealed, hard plastic container (similar to 35mm film). Fast and well priced.

Excellent source for hard to get batteries
The company supply hard to get batteries especially molicel that usually are sold in bulk. The order process was easy and straight forward and the prices were good. Delivery was fast through royal mail believe it or not and on 1.99. The 2 cells i received came in protective tubes and bubble wrap packaging that came through letter box and didnt need signing for. Very pleased. Definately recommend

Unfortunately there was an issue with my delivery. The courier didn't fulfill the next day option. I sent an email to Nu Battery and Ollie replied to give me a refund of the shipping costs. Great customer service, I really wasn't expecting a refund, it was more to just have a moan about the courier. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Nu Battery again. The battery is legit and top quality. It's given my head lamp a new lease of life
