Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 135 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight the exceptionally competitive prices, the consistently high product quality, and the remarkably fast shipping times that make online shopping completely straightforward. Many consumers note that all ordered batteries arrive safely packaged in individual protective cases and work reliably for their various electronic devices. However, some people mentioned delivery issues caused by external couriers or postal carriers failing to complete shipments smoothly as originally expected. Despite these rare logistics hiccups, buyers appreciated when customer support teams quickly stepped in to resolve unexpected shipping problems by sending prompt replacements.

Needed some unprotected flat top 18650s (Zebralight H604d). There's so much scam merchandise around - where to look for bona fide (i.e. safe) lithium-ion batteries? Nubattery popped up on the... See more

Fast delivery, well packaged, all arrived perfectly. I only buy 18650 and larger LiOn batterys from suppliers who sell the real thing, unlike the gamble on Amazon or eBay. I'll be using these guys... See more

HI Simon

Thanks for your feedback.

Cells of the same model can show some variation in performance depending on batch and testing method, but all supplied units are within expected specification. That said, we agree that when purchasing in pairs, consistency is important.

If you’d like, contact us directly with your test data and we can review it and provide a closely matched replacement pair if required.

Kind regards,
Ollie

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery

Really impressed with Nubattery. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and the product arrived exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly and the quality is great. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that does exactly what they promise. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Brilliant

I’ve just received spectacular service from this company after experiencing an issue with the wrap on a couple of batteries I’d ordered (possibly from the same batch) that rendered them unsafe.

I’m now being sent a couple of replacements from a different manufacturer as replacements, even though a) I told them I wasn’t expecting/requesting it [I was letting them know there was clearly a problem with the model/batch] and b) notably, the statutory period had already passed.

They’re brilliant!

Good batteries

Found this company recently while trying to find cheaper batteries for my vape, there batteries are cheaper and hold charge longer than the ones from mayor Internet firms. Very impressed.
