We have had our NuAqua system (6 stage) for five years. It has served us well. Recently, the UV sanitizer ballast quit. In getting that issue resolved, email support (namely JENNIFER) was very helpful in helping troubleshoot and recommend the appropriate parts to repair.

I am in the process of installing my whole house system and had questions regarding different filters I can use in the event I needed different results. I spoke to Clint who was extremely helpful providing me with future considerations.

Easy to speak with a rep and get the answers I needed

So I was having trouble with my filter club and payment method and so I reached out and Jennifer was great help and guided me step by step on what to do it was a great experience and would definitely recommend! And she also answered all my questions I had about there other products (shower head).

Kayla at the tech support line was incredibly helpful. Diagnosed a small problem with model changes and sent me the correct parts to solve my problem. So great to talk with a knowledgeable person.

Wholesale messed up my order and di not include two of the 8 filters I ordered. JENNIFER in Customer Service kindly filled a replacement order

They are simply wonderful! Great product and customer service like no other. They keep us informed of when we need new filters and make sure we receive new ones on time.

I hope everyone read this before to buy anything to them. They will steal your money, no solutions if they already charged you. There is no supervisors, no managers or someone in charge who can provide you a solution. If you suscribe with them, be very carefully because you’re providing your CC and they can charge you when they want. They charged me money for a filter when they don’t have stock and are expecting that we wait until they want to get the filters replacements. Also charge you more than the filter costs because they split the subscription at their convenience and not matter what you say they don’t care and there is no way as a client to communicate with the warehouse and not providing any substancial information. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Jennifer is a very kind soul. She corresponded with my very swiftly and sincerely and go me a resolution to my problem very quickly. Give this woman a raise. For working fast and being extremely kind when she doesn't have to be.
