A complex case

Ours was a complex case and Nuacom supported us throughout the whole process. Heather Cunningham was extremely responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Heather for holding our hand throughout this transitional phase.

Hi there,
All my dealings with James Hawkins and Vaibhav Sharma have been very professional.
Both have been very approachable and patient at making this transition over to Nuacom from our current provider. They helped me navigate a very stressful situation when our phone lines got cancelled prior to the due date of moving over to Nuacom.

Very efficient process from start to finsish, Anthony, David & Vaibhav were there to answer any queries, questions or concerns that we had. System set up within days. Very good service from start to finish and a very fair price point.

We recently signed up with the Nuacom…

We recently signed up with the Nuacom softphone app, and the entire experience has been smooth and professional. From the start, Anthony Tierney was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with clarity and patience. He ensured we fully understood the service and its benefits, making the onboarding process seamless.

After signing up, Heather Cunningham assisted us with a support call to set up our account, and she was equally supportive. She guided us through the setup step by step, addressing any concerns promptly and making the process much easier for us. Her professionalism and knowledge were greatly appreciated.

Both Anthony and Heather provided quick and efficient support, and their friendly, approachable manner made all the difference. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use, which we highly recommend to anyone considering Nuacom for their communication needs.

I have been working with Heather since…

I have been working with Heather since we had to move from Blueface after 15 years, and seriously she has been nothing but amazing, the service provided from her has been exceptional. It can be hard to find companies that actually provide a service but Heather has been superb and she is a fabulous ambassador for Nuacom because I would certainly refer Nuacom from our experience from inception to date. Excellent

This is the worst VOIP service i have used.

This is the worst VOIP service that i have ever used in my life, even compared to ones used almost a decade ago, it is like they have regressed in technology somehow. Trust pilot is paid to cancel bad reviews so this will probably not show, but
Nuacom is hopeless.

You might be attracted to the prices & offers but they are of no use when you cannot use anything. The phone App needs very high quality net & DOES NOT
work on 4g.
