Excellent service and technical support

I have done a lot of comparative shopping recently and Nuacom is one of the few companies that has real people who get in touch quickly to offer very personal sales service and friendly, understanding technical support for small companies. And they are so easy to get hold of. What a breath of fresh air.

Onboarding call

Vaibhav understood exactly what we needed from Nuacom re call answering, diverting calls and calls from app. We were set up in no time and all working fine. Vaibhav also made suggestions about how Nuacom could help us work smarter but gave us time to digest the suggestions too! No hesitation in recommending Nuacom and Vaibhav.

Great calling software

Very good pre-sales and onboarding

The pre-sales and onboarding went very well; even when some very small issue occured, everything was fixed immidiately. All the information was presented in a very clear manner. We have just started working with Nuacom, but the first impression is very good.

Highly recommend Nuacom!

Nuacom is a simple, effective, stable and cost effective system for our SME. We rely heavily on it and it never fails to support us. Customer care is great. Smooth, timely, professional service experience.

The entire sales process was refreshingly straightforward and hassle-free. What impressed me most was how professionally the onboarding and number porting were handled - everything was executed flawlessly according to the timeline we discussed. The team clearly knows what they're doing, and their attention to detail made what could have been a stressful transition completely smooth. I appreciated the clear communication throughout and the fact that there were no unexpected delays or complications. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service provider.

Excellent new customer assistance and…

Excellent new customer assistance and guided all the way until you are fully confident with your new system. The system is total quality no issues at all and has so many different fuctions. And if you do have any issues the response time is excellent. I fully recommend using NUACOM to anyone who is looking for a VOIP system.

Smooth transition to VOIP

We recently moved out phone system to Nuacom. The onboarding process was easy and very well maintained by Nuacom team. At all stages we've been informed about what's going on and what actions are required from our side. On the going live time all went smooth and now we are happy Nuacom users. I highly recommend Nuacom for SMB telephone system.

10/10 Software & Customer Service

I've been using Nuacom software for 10 months and it's the best softphone I've ever used. The connection is always crystal clear, the ease and speed of use means I can get through calls quicker and the customer service in the back-end is exception. Every agent that works for Nuacom has been very helpful and rapid with their responses. Vaibhav was very helpful with me today as was every other agent that assisted. I strongly recommend using Nuacom!

Good

Good, user friendly system and helpful staff. There were no issues porting over our number. I was a little worried that there may be some down time. However, we were assured there wouldn't be and there wasn't. We were up and running with the new system in no time.
