I purchased a NETGEAR Orbi mesh wireless router for my home in 2020. I paid >$300. It worked great until I recently moved to a new home. I was unable to set it up at the new address. I called tech support and they told me I needed to purchase a new software license for it for $300. If they had been honest with me during the initial purchase I would not be feel so cheated. Hiding the software license information in the 10 pages of fine print of the “Terms and conditions “ is not a honest way of doing business. I will never again trust this manufacturer.

I have bought a new PC. You don't indicated it was in used!!! I've expected get new PC, but now, after I unwrapped it from bubble wrap (not original box unfortunately because it's absent) I've noticed dust on the video card and cooler as well. You even didn't think to clean it before send!!! Nobody told me about it was in used!!! I strongly advise all potential buyers to avoid this store and never order anything as you will be cheated!!!

You guys delivered the computer on time and in great shape and also covered the shipping costs. Go NT Electronics.

Unable to contact by Telephone or Email! No customer service. Looking to return Asus Laptop, but cannot contact N T Electronics. If I hear from them I will be more than happy to change my review!

the price seemed deceivingly low for the product I was getting, honestly I was worried it was a scam or would’ve come in bad condition, but my product was perfect/new… arrived super quickly, and was great.

They canceled my order without giving reason saying my payment was declined even tho I had already payed up front but I was lucky to get a refund

I liked the price and the speed at which they shipped my air fryer. Unfortunately, they shipped in the original somewhat fragile box, and it was destroyed. There is also clear evidence that the box had been previously opened and the air fryer fondled but it doesn't look like it had been used which is the only reason I'm keeping it.
