Disappointing
Disappointing. Two weeks after I placed the order & you took my money, the product had not arrived & I received no notification of the reason for the delay. When I enquired I was advised the produced had been out of stock & had just arrived, (how miraculous is that!) I do not believe that. I believe you forgot to send my order. So please have the decency to own up to it.

Just been diagnosed with sleep apnea. After researching places to purchase and receive support I discovered NSW cpap. They already had great reviews and after visiting I can see why. Maria at Miranda was very helpful.

Did not receive goods until 17 July 2026.
This is bad service considering I am 3 hrs from Sydney.
Next time I will phone up and order. Delivery time is much faster.
