I called up Peter and Neil about an issue and they came over within 12 hours and then did extensive works for the rest of the day to fix my issue which actually turned out to be a relatively significant one. They were consultative and very conscious of running every decision past me and did an excellent job.

Had a little plumbing job and NP Trade were quick to respond, came as agreed, kept me posted and most importantly got the job done quickly and with quality. Recommend!!

Excellent, professional service by Nil and Peter.
Installed new kitchen tap and 2 new toilet seats.
Friendly, knowledgeable manner and tidy workers.

Great service from the guys at NP Trade - we needed a boiler service asap as we are moving house and they came the next morning. Really efficient service, friendly and full of advice - would definitely recommend!

The team comes highly recommended and I have used several times to replace boilers In my rental properties. As a landlord i can’t always get to the properties but the guys sort it all out for me hands free.
Clean, tidy and regular follow up on progress with photos and certificates. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. NP arrived quickly, they were highly professional, friendly and approachable throughout the repair of my boiler. They also kept me updated on status and proactively tried to keep the cost of repair down for me which was really appreciated. They have also since followed-up to check everything is ok. These guys were brilliant. We had an emergency flooding in the kitchen early evening and they were round within the half hour. Stayed late to fix it so we had water for the next day and didn’t charge us crazy money like others would have. Just the sort of local guys you want and need! Definitely use them again (and again!!!)

Prompt and professional service. The Gas service engineers were very friendly and diagnosed the heating problem very quickly.
I would highly recommended them.

Called NP Trade yesterday evening, as I needed a bathroom ceiling light pull fixed, that had just failed. Contemplated doing it myself, but they advised not to, for safety reasons. They turned up as promised at 11am today, on way to another project and fixed it. They had been to buy a few different units to select, sale or return, so easy! Very reasonable price.

Super impressed by Nil and Peter. Highly recommend - glad I didn't do myself!
