Carried out a service, paid them and 9 months later still chasing for the paperwork as part of my service records.

Nil is professional, communicative and friendly. He’s completed two jobs for me recently and I was really happy with the service.

A fantastic experience with Nil, Pete and Shaun. The team were clearly very knowledgeable, creative with problem solving and left a great finish when they replaced 7 radiators for us. On top of that, they were very respective of our new home and neighbours. Thanks for a brilliant job and smooth experience.

We have just moved into a new property where all of the radiators were old, some didn’t work, some of the pipes were completely blocked and the system just generally hadn’t been looked after. Neil and Pete came in and sorted it all out. Their work was to a very high standard, they genuinely took pride in what they were doing to ensure they got it right, not just from a performance point of view, but aesthetics as well. They had great communication, giving us options and consulting throughout. We are thrilled with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Really friendly team, highly professional and knew their stuff. Did not try and tag on loads of unnecessary and often expensive work, but gave honest advice about the problem. Will definitely use them again.

I obtained NP Trade’s phone number from the Gas Safe Register. I called them for an urgent repair/replacement of the gas boiler at my gran’s house. They were excellent in response time, quality of work and in the care they took. They knew that it was quite an urgent job as my gran didn’t have any central heating and it was getting cold. The professionalism, advice and follow up was above what I had expected. I am so happy with the work and speed of installation of the new boiler.

We asked Nilesh and his team to come and fit numerous items in our kitchen. He kept us informed of when he would arrive on the day and fitted all of our items as required, and kept us informed of any issues/changes needed at all times to make sure we were ok with it before he proceeded. Some of our items weren't the right size for our kitchen, however they went above and beyond to ensure they fit where we wanted and stayed as long as it took to complete the job.

Very happy with the work from Nil today - they took the time to unblock a very blocked waste pipe. What I thought would be a quick in and out job took a lot longer but I was kept updated with progress. This is the second time we’re used NP Trade and have been impressed both times.

Neil responded immediately, was prompt knowledgeable and efficient and sorted out everything we needed very professionally. What a terrific service!

Peter came to fix a leaking toilet and leaking shower hose at the flat, and was conscientious and thorough with his work. He communicated with our flat each step of the way and did a fantastic job with both fixes, even cleaning up the workspace afterward. I felt that he was very trustworthy and would definitely recommend their services.

NP did an amazing job. There were a number of unexpected issues with the old pipework, but they went the extra mile to deliver a great result. Definetly would reccomend.

The guys were great. Super knowledgeable, explained what the we're doing and what was wrong throughout the process. And fixed the issue. They even came back when I thought there was an issue with the work for free even though it was something completely unrelated.

Excellent and reliable service. These guys are very professional and it was a pleasure to have them work in my house. It’s clear they have a proper understanding of heating systems and tought me how to maintain the system myself. Highly recommend them.

Most recently Peter’s replaced a thermostat in my tenanted flat but he’s basically looked after every single property-related issue I’ve had for the last 10+ years and, at this point, feels like extended family. Always the best price, service and value, he’ll go above and beyond whenever something’s urgent. From replacing faulty boilers and outdated gas hobs to sorting out gas & electricity certificates to overseeing an almost entire redecoration of my flat earlier this year after tenants had destroyed the place, providing a detailed report that I could submit to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, he and NP Trade do it all. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing job. Very friendly and efficient. Good communication. Very clear with the instructions after the work has been done. Thoroughly cleaned everything up after too so you’d never have known a days work had been done! The water is so much better now than it was before.

Nil and Pedro were efficient and friendly. They did a great job and were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend.
