Now TV poor info and support
I just signed up to Now TV sports package to watch the F1, and i am simply trying to find out if I will get the option to watch a race replay or if the only option is to watch it live and it is feeling impossible to get the answer to such a simple question. There is No answer on their website, No support phoneline available, the chat bot is useless, and the live chat is not much better (if you are gifted enough to find how to access this!). Not even Google or AI can find the answer from Now. Very dissapointing for such an expensive service package
I have subscribed for 6 months to Now…
I have subscribed for 6 months to Now Sports but have not been able to watch it on my LG TV. It is impossible to get any sense from this company. It is just manned by Bots so there is no chance of resolving this issue.
Misleading consumers
I have taken monthly membership a number of times and thought I had done the same recently. I then cancelled my Entertainment membership and received email confirmation of the cancellation. However the payment was taken from my bank the following month and NowTV have since advised I signed up to a 12 month contract instead. There was no other option when I signed up so I thought I had done the same as previous occasions. Their email also advised I can sign up again anytime. They are refusing to agree their email is misleading where it advises my membership has been cancelled, they’re sorry to see me go but I can sign up again if I want, when my membership appears to not have been cancelled and I’m still expected to

Dismal app and web experience. They have simplified the user experience to beyond useless and downright frustrating. Whomever designed this surely does not use it. What TV channel does not publish their schedule. Miss an event live, random chance they might have it later, mostly not. Pay same as a Sky service for a shoddy service. Not worth full price. It is telrable for half that amount.

NEVER USE NOW TV. they are scammers, extorters, the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and had to get my bank involved to stop Now TV making ridiculous charged to my account that despite multiple attempts they refused to stop when I contacted them (which they made it impossible difficult to do anyway)

The service is abysmal. Intermittent pictures that keep stopping and starting, audio that goes out of synch with pictures. Customer service was virtually impossible to get hold of - the so called BOT does nothing and when i eventually got hold of someone on the phone line I was given a load of patronising advice (turn it off and on again, check your wifi etc etc) which I didnt appreciate and had already done. No solution offered. Useless. I shall be cancelling my subscription although going on other reviewers this might be more difficult than it should be. I will just contact my bank and ask them to blank any requests for payments from this dreadful company. Would be 0 stars if that was an option

Made the mistake of signing up to the £4.99 entertainment deal for 12 months, only for them to drop it to £2.99... Never again.
False advertising and refusal to cancel membership within 14 days of joining - SCAM
Blatent disregard to British law, Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I decided the offering of NOW TV was not worth it, there was very few programmes or shows offered. Within 14 days of signing up I decided I did not want to continue with my membership.
As per British law on the 14 days 'cooling off' I contacted NOW TV to cancel.
I have been told, via their online chat and via email to their complaints team that they do now adhere to this law...and there would be no way to cancel my yearly membership.
I said I have no use for the next 11 months, payment has been made for the first month, and (as stated I cancelled within 14 days) I do not wish to continue for the next 11 months.
NOW TV have denied me the ability to cancel!
(to note it also says 'cancel anytime' on their website when you sign up).
As many have said I wish we could do less than 1 star.
I will be raising this was the Ombudsman but it is really not worth the hassle of joining. It is a scam system and they do not abide by the law of the country they are operating in.

Abhorrent company. I cancelled my subscription in November and they keep charging me. Every time I send evidence their support chat suddenly stops working. You owe me 39.96 and I will not stop until I get it. You cannot get away with charging customers for a service they CANCELLED!

If I could give no stars then I would. What an awful company and awful customer service. I work in customer service and I could never imagine speaking to a customer the way they do on live chat. I purchased a sports package because when I searched how can I watch a Manchester United game, they came up in the results, went on to the website and it showed the game, purchased the package on a 6 month minimum term as I figured I would be watching the games, went back to the page and now all of a sudden the game wasn't showing so it was a waste of £28. I found an email for them the next day and explained what happened asking for a refund and for it to be cancelled. I never got a response, gave them time as I know customer service inboxes can be busy but when it went past 20 days I thought it was ridiculous so I went to the website to see what I can do, first option was a chat bot who kept saying they didn't understand me then got through to live chat but the agent was not helpful in anyway, they told me the email I sent didn't get to them even though it was customerservice@nowtv, apparently it's help@nowtv. (Won't allow the review to be posted with the .com) but it's not my fault when you search how to contact them this email comes up not the help one, they had no empathy or understanding just kept mentioning how I signed a minimum term contract and a refund and cancellation wouldn't happen. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't connect me to one said it wasn't possible for them to transfer the chat or for them to call me, just said I would get an email which I still haven't received and it's hours later. This is an awful company, I would be fired if I spoke this way to a customer. I wish I had looked at the reviews on here, they don't even care all these reviews are being left, they have not replied to any of them, last reply to one was back on the 26th of January so just shows they don't care about their customers.

This company used to be amazing. The service itself was perfect, the customer service was impeccable. Now, it's just cheap throughout. Terrible service which I raised multiple times with them only to be met with attitude and incompetence. At one point I was promised £362 in compensation and despite that call being recorded on my side, still nothing has been paid. I even opened a dispute for the service on Resolver and they flat out ignored that whole process of correspondence. Fascinatingly shite company. I moved to Plus Net purely for their customer service reputation.

The service is terrible with poor variety so they are locking people into year long contracts in a desperate bid to keep customers. Bad service, lack of decent content and shady business practices. Spare yourself the money and the headache.

I set up a free 7 day trial which was hard work in itself, and attempted several times to cancel on day 5. On day 7 I was charged £16. I made multiple queries through their chat box option which replied repeatedly that it did not understand my question? This must be the least intuitive streaming service I’ve ever experienced
