The Nowtime2play service experience was great ftom the onset. There is a super efficient chat bot to help you navigate the site and questions on stock on hand etc. Great,highly recommend.

Good communication from the management and stuff

I was transfered to the agent quicn who helped me understand what was going on and gave me an option to cancel which was a solution for me, furthermore I recieved an email that I appreciated so much about the money that will be returned into my account. I appreciate then understanding, professionalism, kindness and good communication.

I was struggling with cancelling my subscription as I have been charge for an upgrade I didn’t want and Elsa was so helpful. She was very assuring and went the extra mile to help me. If you ever need help ask for Elsa.
