Get Treated Privately with NowPatient
No longer exists
I used to regularly get my meds via the mail from these guys and didn't have as many of the issues that others stated about not getting the meds, not getting the right meds etc. Once or twice I did have missing meds and turned out my doctor didn't approve of them until I made a review appointment, this wasn't notified anywhere so I got upset that I wasn't getting all my meds, and there had been delays in receiving my meds a few times. Suddenly the meds stopped showing up altogether - it appears the company shut down without any warning. My doc is still sending my prescriptions to Now Patient so I have to go through the whole mess of proving my ID online in order to switch to Boots where I now have to travel to collect my meds.

Absolutely pathetic
They were ok before Covid, but last month I needed my medication urgently and the app went down and phones stopped working. I went through hell as the medication I'm on has withdrawal symptoms. I'm absolutely furious with them. I sent emails as well but no reply. I want to be compensated for the pain I went through.

Avoid this bunch of cowboys like covid
Avoid this bunch of cowboys like covid. If they even exist. Don't answer phone don't reply to emails and don't post your medication. Do not waste your time.

Not Very Good
DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT use this company, I have been without my medication for 3 weeks, it is impossible to talk on the phone and these people do not appear to have any 'follow up' for anyone not receiving medication.

Don't use
App wasn't updated, they didn't respond to urgent emails, waited nearly a month for medication to be delivered, and telephone number given tells you to email, awful

That they have shut down says a lot…
That they have shut down says a lot really. I only had 2 prescription orders with them, first one wasn't so bad, some communication issues with my surgery but I'd probably side with that being the fault of my surgery lol. Everything delivered in full pretty quickly with almost no 'effort' required on my side. 2nd one however they delivered half of reasonably quickly, more communication issues with them and/or my surgery. The second half of my order however took almost a week extra to be delivered, and was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS! This would have been poor back in the good old non COVID-19 days but given the current situation? Absolute joke. I don't think they will be a major loss and hope they seriously sort their crap out if they make any sort of return, they do quite literally have peoples lives in their hands and as the reviews mostly show, they were massively incompetent and should not have ever had that sort of responsibility.

Gone Bust!
If you're waiting on medication you might want to search for Now Healthcare Group on google, they have gone bust.

Won’t even let me in the app now and all my details are correct probably as my doctors had to issue me my medication

Awful
Awful. Don't use. Still waiting after 20 days for my medication. Ignore emails, don't answer calls. Beyond useless. Cannot even get it elsewhere as they have claimed the prescription barcode. Please avoid, use your local pharmacy, wish I had never tried them.

I don’t know who they are but they are…one word USELESS
I don’t know who they are but they are none existent as far as I’m concerned, after 10 days of waiting for my repeat prescription I tried to get in touch with Now Patient to find out where my requested repeat prescription was, no reply (there was a sort of acknowledgment answered by the computer) and would not even answer my email! So after waiting for another 4 days and still no replies I phoned my doctor, although they had there name as to forward my prescription they had not had a request. I got my repeat prescription the same afternoon from a chemist but bearing in mind I am a shielded person and needed posted to me as per there advertising.

Wish I had read these reviews before…
Wish I had read these reviews before entrusting this atrocious company with my medication. There should be a ‘0’ stars option. Am still waiting for my meds over 2 weeks after ordering and the prescription has not even been processed yet. No response from customer services and blaming COVID-19 for delays. I shall be changing back to my local pharmacy as soon as I can. Dangerous!

Poor service.
Despite ordering blood pressure meds with over a weeks supply left I had been out of pills for 10 days before they arrived. I won't be using them again.

Perfect service and easy to use.
I’ve been with Nowpatient for nearly a year and have been extremely happy with the service. I put my prescription request in and normally within 5 working days it arrives and to have it delivered to your door with no hassle is great. As long as you order the prescription in advance of needing it then you’re laughing. Over the last 12 months I’ve contacted their customer service a few times with alterations to my prescriptions and within a couple of hours it is updated. Once your prescription has been added to the app it is a simple process to order all or some of your medication. I’ve tried a couple of the online prescription services and this is definitely the best.
Didn’t fulfil order, waste of time
As with others that have left reviews I need my medication or I would have serious problems. Three weeks after submitting my request (and paying) I gave up and received a refund,
Total waste of time

Pity there isn't a zero star rating
Pity there isn't a zero star rating, trying to get through to make payment for days, phones lines busy, leave message x 3, no response or call back. Send emails as per recorded message, slow response with promises to call and take payment. All promises of call back failed to materialize. Can't go elsewhere as they have prescription and now I have no medication. Don't risk your health by using these incompetent Muppets, find somewhere else, can't be any worse, that's what I'll be doing next time.

Wouldn't fill order, waste of time
Their website's payment system wasn't working, so they just gave up and said they'd 'return the prescription'. Have had to go back to the doctor and start again. Terrible service. I've changed to my local pharmacy, who probably deserve the business more.

Terrible
Terrible
Got a text stating prescription was on its way but no tracking number. 5 days ago. Still no prescription. Asked for callback 6 times still not had one yet. Left message on answerphone for callback still no callback. Called my doctor / cannot repeat the prescription as one has bin sent out ? Meanwhile no medication

If I could give 0 stars
I ordered medication on the 7th January. Everytime I check the app it says awaiting GP signature. Come the 14 January still no change and I was about to run out of my medication. I have been forced to pay £49 elsewhere as the medication is pretty important. I don't even think anyone has tried to contact my GP. No communication or updates from this service. It's a terrible service. They think it's acceptable for people to wait forever for vital meds. Funnily enough, I checked the app this morning and what do you know - still awaiting GP signature! I would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service! Avoid at all costs!
