At the end of placing my order and paying for guaranteed 3-Day delivery, I had a pop up box telling me it wouldn’t be delivered in time for Christmas (a week away)! I telephoned them internationally, and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged to cancel the order and stop the money going out of my account.
The following day (Tuesday) the money all went out of my account and I received an email thanking me for my order! It is now Friday and the money has not been refunded, no-one has contacted me, and it appears the items have not been sent as I have not received a tracking number...and now it’s Christmas weekend and I am out of pocket.
Not happy here!!

Living in Australia, I find Not Socks great for unique presents and great customer service. I recently looked at purchasing a gift from another online retailer who were going to charge me nearly $40 for gift wrapping as each item would be wrapped separately even though it was going to the same person! I asked for it to be consolidated and they said it wasn't possible! Thanks Not Socks for being far more flexible and helpful!

I have made a few purchases through 'Not Socks' now and I have nothing but good things to say about this company !!

First of all their customer service is amazing!! The staff are so friendly and helpful which is a big thing for me I will not spend money if I get bad customer service. They have a wide selection of very cool & unique items, there is something for everyone. They are so quick to respond to any questions you have about their products etc, delivary is extremely reliable & fast which is a bonus if you are someone like me that leaves things to the last minute !!

I had an issue with one of the items I purchased and they were more than happy to fix the problem no drama no fuss & had my replacement in my hands within 2 days !!

I have recommended 'Not Socks' to my friends and family and I will continue to shop with them :)

Not socks has a large variety of gifts available at the click of a button. But their service is so much more than that. Each gift is packaged beautifully and delivered quickly. I found this site particularly useful given that I live overseas with all my family still in NZ, it makes birthdays & special occasions a breeze! They go the extra mile - add notes, wrap all items together, any requests are easily met. As soon as I place an order I receive email confirmation and then another as soon as its posted. Their response time is excellent. I am notified if there are any problems and kept in the loop about the progress of my deliveries. Can't say enough good things about them. Just try them and see for yourself.

I have tried all ways of sending gifts to family in NZ and this is the best method so far. I like the gift voucher method so that they get to choose their gift in NZ. It was a bonus at Christmas that the gifts I chose were gift wrapped for me and delivered without me having to queue in a post office and figure out shipping costs and how long they would take to arrive!
