Quality goods and service!

Original goods, very competitive price, lots of payment options to choose from, fast delivery. All in all very satisfying experience!

Very good, very nice

I bought a fragrance for relatively cheap, received free shipping and my purchase arrived in 3 or 4 days. The package was in great condition and the fragrance itself was legit and undamaged. The entire interface of Notino is very nice and simple as well. The app itself has a variety of options from fragrance, beauty products and such, for pretty low prices, compared to physical stores. Notino also has a lot sales going on all the time, so the already pretty low prices are even lower. I genuinely can't think of any major gripes I have with the app.

Stingy!

Shipping takes quite a while compared to other sellers. Also, other sellers always include samples, cupons and other goodies, these gestures are extremely welcoming and it was quite a shock that i didn't get anything actually... so stingy!

I had a very unpleasant experience

I ordered a bunch of products which supposed to be a gifts. Once parcel arrived I saw some products in ideal condition and other in terribly torn package (which means it was not an accident during delivery), and it was not suitable for gifting at all.

I went to express my disappointment and wanted to return the goods, I received about 5 steps list (which included a complain letter written by hand) in order to make a return. It is simply felt like a waste of my time.

There are plenty shops like this, with better process handling, I would not recommend this shop.

Would gladly shop again

Great selection with good prices. Shopping process was pleasant and easy. I received everything quickly and in a sustainable packaging. Would definitely shop again.
