Every online shop has some additional…

Every online shop has some additional promotions if you reach a certain amount when making an order. I think it will be much more benefitial to ur clients and the platform itself if you had that option, it also says that the delivery is free with certain transport options but those are only if you order to a physical shop which is to be fair kind of misleading. Also ur phone robot is utterly unhelpful... But the people working on the call line are polite regardless

Incomplete product and useless customer support

I bought a Culti fragrance diffuser from Notino Bulgaria. The product photos and description clearly suggested that it should come with reeds, but it arrived without them. A diffuser without reeds is obviously incomplete and unusable as intended.

What made the experience even worse was the customer support. Their responses were slow, unhelpful, and completely inadequate. Instead of resolving a straightforward issue, they left me to deal with it myself, and I was forced to spend an extra €7 to buy the reeds separately.

This is very disappointing and unacceptable. The product did not match the presentation, and the customer service was poor. I would not recommend buying from them based on this experience.

Very easy to order! Apple pay is brilliantly integrated and makes is so easy to shop! Website is very good as well, I'm finding it easy to use
