Ordered parcel and never recived, first been returned back, after two weeks of emailing the parcel has been send again.
Evri did not delivered.
Requested money back and waited weeks for that.
I dont think i will use again this service.
Not worth it 6weeks of emails and time waste!

Easy to navigate app, huge selection to choose from and being able to buy samples first is ideal,

As new customer I was sceptical, but the transaction was easy good prices great and quality products most of all quick delivery. All in in a great experience! Definitely will buy again.

Placed order 21st June, £2.99 delivery, items were a birthday gift. 23rd email saying order on its way. 25th email saying order is delayed, no indication when it would arrive. 25th i rang explained it was needed by 27th told it would arrive on 26th. No email on 26th to say parcel out for delivery so rang again. Apparently they can see more delivery info than customers and it would arrive that day. Afraid to leave the house in case i missed delivery. Parcel arrived. Box rather battered and looked resealed. On opening box 2 out of 3 items were missing.
Immediately rang Notino from here on things got worse. I had to photograph the 1 item i received along with the box from different angles and the delivery label. I am capable of writing an email but not attaching images, i attempted on laptop and phone, it took a considerable amount of time but i managed to send sufficient info.
Obviously now i don't have a birthday present for the recipient.
I assumed Notino would act on my email immediately but by Monday 29th i hadn't heard a word from them.
Yet another call to them on 29th. I was offered a refund for the missing items but not the postage. I explained i wouldn't have paid £2.99 postage to receive part of an order and they should be compensating me for the dreadful service. I was told they were compensating me because they offered to refund the missing items. I tried to explain that compensation and refund were two different things but i was fighting a losing battle. Eventually i gave up and accepted their new offer of replacing the missing items and issuing a £6 voucher to use online. Bear in mind each order costs £2.99 delivery.
The level of customer care was abysmal from all aspects. If you don't want stress or hassle i would certainly think twice before ordering from this company.

Parcel arrived 6th July with absolutely no packing,the Naked eyeshadow palette was smashed so i immediately contacted customer service to let them know and sent pictures. I was then asked to return the broken pallets to them, with a complaints form that I had to print out and complete, plus I had to pay £5 to return to them!!!! They received it a week ago and since then my emails have been ignored by ‘Customer Service’. Alls I asked for was a replacement palette and sent proof of the broken one. I’m very dubious why they delay things asking customers to return then ignore their contact. Return address looks like a flat as well…very dodgy company, avoid!!!

Brilliant service again. Great deal and great delivery time.

Stay Away from Notino

Absolutely shocking customer service.

I ordered a Cocosolis spray and a Discovery Box, but when my parcel arrived, it contained completely different items from what I had paid for. This is an unacceptable mistake for a company of this size.

To make matters even worse, I paid an extra £0.50 for priority complaint handling, yet it has made absolutely no difference . Since the 13th, I have been trying to contact customer service, and I have been completely ignored. No replies, no updates, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

Notino has taken my money, failed to deliver what I ordered, and then left me without any customer support. At this point, it feels like they simply don’t care once they have your payment.

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. If you value your money and expect even basic customer service when something goes wrong, I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.

Don't buy from here, they avoid refunds ar any cost. I had items missing from the box. Was buying for over a year...but one simple problem and they will not refund even if items lost or missing from package! Avoid!!!

Just purchased a beautiful gift box containing Oscar de la Renta 100ml and 30ml eau de toilette, also a 100ml tube of body lotion. The fragrance was original which was lovely, as I had previously purchased the same fragrance from different sellers twice before and both times the fragrance was fake. Well done Notino I would definitely use this company again.

Great products & good prices

Bought Jean Paul Gautier "La Beau" and it keeps burning my skin every time I use it - smell also does not last. Wondering if I have been sold a fake?!?!? This is what those dodgy aftershaves you get abroad do

2 failed deliveries and poor customer service afterwards. Its been 2 weeks and im still none the wiser, nor have I had a replacement. It takes time to get a response back.

Ill be sticking to John Lewis from now on!

I have received my order damaged and the blush completely faulty. I promptly contacted CS sending also pictures of the item. They ask me to pay for the return and treat the return as a complaint. I mean, I spent 40 pound for a blush that arrived broken! I have contacted them on the phone couple of times and omg how rude they are. The saga is still going on but someone should really check on them, as a consumer I am very frustrated and disappointed
Never again buying from them, a nightmare
