I have purchased from Notebook Therapy a lot of times and this is the first time my package went missing. I reached out to customer service and they were very understanding and shipped a new order for me which took a short amount of time to arrive. The quality of the items never misses I highly recommend!!

Whenever in a journaling group they ask which notebook I would recommend, I say those of Notebook Therapy, for the quality of their notebooks, their beautiful designs and the grammage of their sheets. In addition to being a reliable purchase despite the fact that we are so distant geographically.

I'm quite impressed, the design and quality of the notebook are excellent, is right now the prettiest of all my notebooks.
The velvet touch of the cover is amazing, and the fox is really cute, I wish I could have it in Kraft paper, since it matches the cover more than the white, but it wasn't available in B5 sadly, even in white is a 10 out of 10.
Plus, for me, living in Japan, free delivery is a huge huge point, other brands would ask double the price of the notebook just for the delivery.

I ordered an item on the 15th of December. After about two weeks my item status didn’t move. Then the ETA was pushed to well after Christmas, so I asked to cancel. They waited days to respond, only replying after they finally shipped the item.

When it arrived, unopened, I asked for a return. After a week they sent me instructions, but the return address was fake according to USPS.

I emailed again. After another week they responded with “ok, we’ll refund you!” Great. I thought this nightmare was finally over. Nope. Nothing happened. I emailed weekly with no response.

A full month later they finally replied again and offered a 15% refund.

These guys are absolutely terrible. Avoid.

I bought from NT a couple times and every purchase went smoothly fine. This time I bought some presents on the last week of december and haven't received any updates or tracking code yet, despite trying to reach them inoumerous times. Do I still wait for an update or apply for a refund if I ever get an answer?

Love the products and everything was great, I don't know what happened to them, but this was definitely my last order.
