Great experience

Great experience. Ordered a 24kW Guardian about 10 days ago and it arrived this morning. The third party delivery did not ring the bell or ask me to sign for it - which I would have preferred to do and also would have preferred to have them place it in a different location - but that's not on Norwall.

Good unit -- just what I need for service on retirement home. I had to build my system at my service entrance at my existing farm to prevent both main and generator breaker being on at the same time. This unit is prebuilt and listed.

This is the second Cummins standby generator I have purchased from Norwall. My wife and enjoyed the piece of mind having the first generator, so after moving to another state and in the process of building another home, it was a no brainer to order another. Our first generator order went so smoothly that I went right to Norwall for this second order. Their website is easy to navigate, and ordering is easy. The COVID delays are not Norwalls fault but still frustrating. The only reason I gave them 3 instead of 5 stars, was that we were contacted days after placing our order and informed that they considered our shipping address as rural and if we wanted to continue with our order we would be charged another $200. I went ahead with the order because we didn’t have the time to shop more. I just think there should have been some loyalty considerations on their part, and maybe waved or halved the fee.

Great experience

Great experience. I use Norwall more than I use anyone for generators. And as a returning contractor, they always look out for me.

I called 12 days after placing the order to check on status and ensure the product would be shipped. I was rudely berated by an employee with the first name of McKayla. I have never in my 64 years been treated as aggressively and rudely as she did yesterday.
She rudely told me to reread the original email and that it would answer my question. She never would give an assurance of product availability or even status. I asked if she was having a bad day or was normally so rude. She told me how rude she thought I was. I responded that I had parted with ~$6,000 to her company so I had some basis for being upset with her behavior and stonewalling. She would not back down. A rule I have is not to do business with jerks. She was a jerk. I cancelled my order.
