I ordered 2 sweaters on Nov 7, 2021 and received 1 sweater a month later. The other one arrived 3 months later after several phone calls and hassle. I would not recommend Northstyle to others.

Wonderful website & Program
I'm very pleased with the unique clothing offered as well as the fit. The VIP program has so far been a wonderful bonus to customers to assist with the shipping fees and the products they purchase. The program requires a fee, but if enough is purchased, it makes sense to have it.

This program is overly complicated. You have to sign up, pay shipping and full price up-front, and then wait for a refund by check, which has to be cashed. No thanks. I'll shop where they offer free shipping and discounts up-front.

Worth the effort, get in the habit!
Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to get money back on so many purchases! Online ordering is the easiest; you can forward the receipt with the claim number straight to rebates@ email. Paper receipts, like from the grocery store, have to be scanned, and then emailed to yourself. Then you can forward that email to rebates@. Takes a bit of time, but worth it.
The best thing is that there are so many many companies and stores in the marketplace, you can get money back for almost anything. It's only worth the effort on tickets of $75 or more. I save up several and then do the scanning and claiming in one session, once or twice a month.

Submitting email receipts is extremely easy. Printed receipts require a bit more steps to submit (scan & save to desktop), but overall, still easy to do. Checks arrive in timely manner. I've had to contact customer service on two different occasions, and both customer representatives were extremely helpful & courteous. Extremely satisfied with the VIP service.
